He was honest enough to advice me not to repair the car and just accept whatever the insurance will give me as a total loss. I really wanted to keep the car and willing to pay him additional to whatever the insurance will give me, but he said it is not worth it because I never know what else could be wrong during the repair process. I don't know any person in the auto repair business who will offer such advise. I had many past experiences with auto body and repair shops who will convince me otherwise. He helped me carry my trunk full of work materials from my vehicle to my rental, which was above and beyond. After going back & forth with the owner, trying to schedule for almost two weeks, I called him yesterday to see if he can detail my car today. He said they could be to my residence between 2-3PM. I agreed that the time would work for me. He called me at 11:10 AM to say that they could be here between 12-12:30PM. I told him to make it 12:30; he agreed. Since I live in an apt bldg, I texted him at 12:20PM just to let him know I was waiting in my car at the front entrance to my building. No response! I waited until 12:45PM and texted to ask for his ETA; he texted back that they would arrive at 1:05PM. His worker called me at 1:02PM to tell me that they were stuck in traffic and they would be here in 45 minutes!! A bit unrealistic; traffic is not that heavy around 1PM, but I just said OK. WELL, NO-SHOW! NO CALL OR TEXT... AND WORST OF ALL... NO APOLOGY!!! I called the owner's number and his worker's number at 2:00PM; both calls went to voicemail! I then texted the owner to let him know that he wasted my entire day. He then texted back that he's in class and he asked ME if his worker was having trouble finding me? I would not know because I wasn't advised! I had two problems with that text... The first being that the owner lied to me, because he previously told me about a week ago, that he has classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Well, today is Wednesday and he texted that he's in class! My second issue is that he told me that HE and his worker would both be working on my car, and gave me no indication otherwise! Save yourself the aggravation and find another detailer to work on your car! And don't be fooled by all the phony reviews; his own worker, Zain, gave a 5-Star review! Yelp doesn't recommend the phony reviews for good reason! Kudos to Yelp for detecting the deception!

They seem to run a good shop, which is probably why its filled with expensive cars every time I visited. I had got a few quotes for PPF and felt that the price here was quite reasonable. Only complaint was that the car took forever to get PPF'd. I did drop it there straight from buying it at the dealership, and they did mention that they'd only be able to start the following week. But it still took about 3 weeks after that to turn around, which was longer than the 2 weeks that I was initially quoted. I'm a bit surprised by that given other reviews are mentioning their cars were done quicker. In any case, I would rather they take their time and do a good job rather than rushing. I would bring my Cayman here to get PPF'd now, but I already have a bunch of chips. If I ever get another sports car I will likely bring it here.

There are cuts in my paint panels. These types of things are generally -masked- with the film installed but once removed, you see it Very disappointed in this. For those interested in film installs, just keep this in mind when you vet out your installer. They are using *x-acto* type knives to score the film on the car. It takes a skilled hand to do it.
