Just wanted to update my review. I came to Chris the first time in 2018 for a camera issue. Since then, Chris's shop and business has expanded and for a hot second I thought that small problems like mine are not enough for business. BUT I WAS WRONG. I message Chris on his Instagram @chrisbreezycustoms regarding a new issue that came up on my camera. Instead of telling me to come in, he just gave me a quick tip on how to fix it and it was done! If he really wanted to, he could've had me come into the shop, touch one or two parts, and fix the camera and charge me for it. But he is honest and transparent and definitely makes sure his reputation is held to the highest standard. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND support Chris's business and expansion. My repair shop scheduled a detailing for my vehicle after my car had been in the shop and having to visit the dealership. I've heard a lot of good things about the CBC, and was excited to take my car to them. When the car was returned to me, I was missing my registration sticker they were supposed to apply for me and the car was still not properly cleaned. The dust was still present on my dash and in the vents and the carpets didn't see vacuumed at all. Ive had interior cleaning done at a car wash that were better than this. Amazing shop me and my wife can't believe we got the car back cleaner than when we first got it. The car didn't didn't even have a drip of water left on it. However, I didn't like the treatment of our car. I can't speak on the rest of the employees or the owner. Except the kid with the beard needs to learn to drive before coming back to work. I went for a walk instead of waiting in the sitting area then while across the street I seen him red lining my car as it was being pulled into the shop. I had to stop myself from yanking him out of the drivers seat and leaving. Not sure if they treat everyone's car like this but if your employees can't drive manual then don't let them drive. Our cars are not your employees and deserve better care. I would've given 1 star but the wash was impeccable but I'd still never return. I researched so many Detailers in the NYC area that my head was spinning...I had had Xpel/Detailing done in the past both locally(Bronx) and in Long Island. But i knew this was different because I wanted so many different things done....my 2019 Yukon XL Denali was White and loaded with chrome(including wheels) and i wanted it all blacked out,Chrome delete,Black Powder coating to the wheels,New Car Prep Detail(Decontaminate,ClayBar etc),tint to driver/passenger side windows, tint rear lights, Suntek Ultra PPF full front of car and rear bumper, HID bulbs to front/fog rear lights, Install/hardwire Thinkware front/rear Dashcams, CQuarts to whole car and wheels,Paint rear Calipers red to match Brembos in front....and to find one shop to trust to do all this and do it well was overwhelming to say the least. I saw many shops that could do one thing but not another and i wanted to give my baby to 1 person and come back and it would be all done. So i noticed that ChrisBreezy had great reviews and i figured i would go in there and then make my way to some other shops to compare....Well....after meeting Mr Breezy(aka Da Man) i never made it to any other shops. I walked in with no appt and he immediately stopped working and came out to greet me with that big smile....he was so professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and down to earth that he made me feel like no one else could accomplish all this with the talent and energy he has. He gave me a detailed summary of all i wanted done and an estimate of $ and time that wound up being exactly what he quoted me. during the work he was doing he kept me updated and i stopped by a few times and he always brought me right in to see my truck and explain the progress he was making and new idea he had come up with. This Chris Breezy is an artist/genius/one of a kind great guy....he never spoke down to me and always asked me my opinion of the ideas he came up with before he did anything to my ride. I wanted the wheels powder coated gloss black....but he went above and beyond and accented them with satin black as well to match the side mirrors/front grill and rear name plate(GMC)...the detailed craftsmanship he did to Wrap my door handles and mirrors is something you can only believe when you see the pics....all corners tucked and invisible and all guaranteed for life....even the gloss black wrap of the power runningboards...as far as the front grill goes..... it is a work of art...he continually made great suggestions like the Glassparency to my windshield which repels water/ice better than how I was doing it with wax/RainX and it's invisible and very inexpensive....he went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations....i can honestly say that there's nothing left to be done to this car...it is my ultimate dream machine and pics dont do it justice. When i picked up my car today he was excited as i was and i was in awe of the this talented remarkable young guy who i know will continue to achieve his dreams...you cant go wrong going to ChrisBreezyCustoms for anything you need to have done to your car from a simple car wash, tint or Wraps,PPL, Powder coating HID/LED lighting...theres nothing he cant do and do it incredibly well. I saw Chris treat Nissan Sentras and Minivans just as carefully as the Ferraris and Lamborghinis he deals with. TERRIB....... Just Kidding! I received very good service this past Saturday from Chris, I stopped by his shop to have my car re-tinted and i am pretty happy with the result overall, I went with 5% Viper Ceramic film. I arrived around 13:15 and Chris started working on my car within 15-20 minutes (Some lady stopped by to check her tire pressure and Chris took care of her before starting to work on my car). My car was previously tinted and i just wanted a refresh of the tint film so i decided to go with Chris, i removed my old tint the same day and ran out of windex when i was cleaning up, had some minor residue on the rear glass and i informed Chris about that. His response was: No issues, i will get it done. And he got it done. Really happy with result overall and from now on i will go to Chris Breezy Customs for all my tints or film application in the future. Few notes/key points/comments. -Chris honored Groupon and did not charge me extra for loosening up my door panels since my car is a coupe and on coupes the window goes down when you open it. Which was a nice little bonus and i appreciate that, bonus is that i did not even ask for anything. -Cut line on the top of the window is VERY clean and as close to the edge as possible. Few last notes. -Chris i know you read these review and as i told you, keep doing it, it shows that you actually care unlike 90% of other car/customization shops that do not give a flying fly right after the sale is done. -There is one spot in the tint that i want you to correct which is very minor (removal of literally 1-2mm from the edge on the side), its hard to see that extra film but i felt it when i ran my fingers on it randomly, hope you don't mind and i will show you once i will stop by to have you install the windshield strip. -Chris also gave me lifetime warranty against peeling and i am not sure but hope it also covers the film if it fades or not. Since Chris told me he installed Viper ceramic film, i doubt that it will fade but since it is supposedly very high quality product and it never hurts to have warranty! First off, Chris is a really nice guy and a great person with whom to do business. His shop is spotless (I wish I could get my garage to look like this place) and looks like a showroom. He put a Pioneer MVH-1400NEX in my 2013 MX5, and did a perfect job. It was reasonable, quick, clean and seamless. I had originally asked him to also put in a rear camera that was given to me. He was halfway through the work when I realized it was an exterior mount, which messed up the look of the car. We discussed it and he was totally cool about cancelling the work. He walked me through a bunch of options around the Car Play USB input, including ones that would take him a long time to manage. He was really calm and worked with me the whole way through. OMG I can't believe I forgot to write this review. A few months ago my daughter and I were searching for a place to bring her new Honda Accord Coupe to get her windows tinted. I came across Chris Breezy Customs so I called and spoke to Chris and he told us he had a yelp coupon to save us money, which we used. We made an appointment the same day, dropped her car off went to a diner. We ate we came back and her car was ready. When we picked up the car I was a little hesitant because it looked funny but he explained that by tomorrow it will look perfect that the glue had to dry.
