Huber Financial is great to work with and we have had nothing but a positive experience - excellent…read moreservice, great communication and insights and they truly care about their clients. It's hard to trust a financial advisor, but we fully trust Huber with what they do and they also have a great network of people to recommend if needed. Highly recommend.

I had a horrible experience with Huber. While in the throes of a divorce, I was assured that our…read moreconversations and transactions would be confidential from this point forward (regarding monies in MY name exclusively) from my soon to be ex, now that we are splitting. However, the very next day after our meeting, my ex made a phone call to discuss my "confidential meeting". I would have pulled my money right there and then, but lawyers suggested it would be 'cleaner' to wait until the divorce was final... Months later, when my soon to be ex made it known that he was aware of a withdrawal I made, I called to find out what happened and was told that he still had on-line access to my accounts!!! So he could 'spy' on what I was doing all this time. They removed access from him, but it was after the damage was done. The final straw came when I asked for some items to be sold, and was told that one of them could not be sold because there 'were no buyers'. I asked how that could be? My statement shows its worth almost $9,000, but she couldn't sell it for me so it wasn't really worth anything...and this was part of my divorce settlement!! I made a call to Charles Schwab who said selling it was "simply a matter of entering a sell order"...and that telling me otherwise was "disingenuous at best and probably just an outright lie." When I shared this with Huber, they were 'suddenly' able to sell it immediately for me. In a last-ditch effort to keep me from taking my investments elsewhere, they actually had a third person (since bridges were burnt with the one who conversed with my soon-to-be ex and the one who lied about not being able to sell the items I asked to sell) call to ask if I would be willing to work with HER... (and get this...) because she is also divorced so she understands what I'm going through. Seriously so unprofessional!! I cannot in good faith recommend these people.
