There are a ton of options to get a simple head shot taken, but after working with Sarah, I experienced the difference between someone snapping photos and a true creative professional who knows how to efficiently get the exact nuance of expressions and gestures that make a profound difference in the finished product. The turnaround time from photo session to looking at proofs and being able to use our photos was less than 48 hours, which was outstanding! I was truly shocked at how she responded with no concern for whether her clients are happy. Her attitude made it clear she does not care about client satisfaction. Whatever she says goes, and she has no interest in fixing mistakes or making anything right. The quality of her work has gone downhill, and the way she treats clients is completely unacceptable.
