He was a good guy and had a very light hand....didn't hurt much at all. He even let me use his phone charger while we worked! Rabbit came back and checked up on us also and chatted us up a bit more. 30 min in the chair and done. Tatt looks great ..... and feels good this morning. Just touched it for the first time, I can barely feel it, my skin isn't even raised. Colour looks great. I'm very happy. Would recommend the shop and both of the men that I dealt with. True pros! customer service:…read more backstory, i was asking an artist about the removal of the second skin and how sometimes they are sticky residue afterwards (which I called about on my back). I spoke to a gentleman named Travis. and he was more than helpful and asking other artists around the shop on my behalf to give me steps to remove it. definitely helped me out. wish i had him as my artist, he was very kind and a patient.

Staff will quote one price and you could be charged something completely different and arbitrary! There is zero flexibility with respect to compromise and/or customer satisfaction. I was quoted $180 for the work I inquired about and was subsequently charged $360 plus tax. They refuse to problem-solve over the phone (i.e., Sarah Taylor) and prefer to play on the defensive, rather than acknowledge miscommunication. Highly disappointing. Sarah suggested that she prefers emailing so they can better track the complaint process - a perfect avoidance tactic and signs of questionable leadership. All in all, this shop is seemingly more interested in the bottom line, rather than offering accurate and clear information (either over the phone, on their website, or via email). I was so startled by the dog charging at me. Despite having called ahead to let them know I was coming, the dog was not secured. Only after a few tense moments did Ming leash the dog and bring him inside. It was a really uncomfortable! Things only got worse from there. Ming kept switching between clients, including one who arrived after me. Instead of focusing on my appointment, she had a man named John work on my nails, someone who was clearly inexperienced. The way he applied the polish was clumsy, leaving bumps, uneven texture, and messy edges around my cuticles. He didn't file or clean up the nails at the end like other professional salons do. What made it worse was that Ming clearly knew he was doing a bad job. She started yelling at him in another language while I was sitting there. I could tell from her facial expressions and the few English words she used that she was frustrated with his work. Yet, she still allowed him to continue. At one point, she even took over and fixed one of the hands herself because the work was that poor. but after that, she handed it back to him to finish the rest. It made me feel like she didn't care about the quality at all. I paid $50 for this appointment, and I honestly feel like I wasted both my money and my time. My nails look messy and unprofessional. Definitely not going back. Would give zero stars if I could!!

Believe me when I tell you that my eyelashes have never been worse in my life! I've been getting eyelash extensions for about five years on and off and these have aged very poorly. Horrible horrible horrible job! This is an honest review. The fact that her friend had to revert to some low mentality name-calling says it all to me and speaks to the character of the people she associates with-low minded fools.
