Overall Very Dissatisfied with Bobby Gladden... my baseboards are falling off in my new…read moreconstruction house built 2023 by DR Horton... instead of doing the flooring correctly--he used caulking around the door... there are holes all over my new Pergo LVP floor... he put the floor in criss crossed in one bedroom... I hired him to paint & replace the carpet with LVP... he was paid to move furniture and hang TVs as well... because I can barely walk from new ACL surgery... the painting is horrible... in the office--he did not paint the ceiling... in the cat's room--he did not paint the closet... in the guest room he did not paint the ceiling... in my walk in closet he did not paint the ceiling... he claimed on Facebook that he does price matching... but he does not! He's just an erratic person that does not do what he says he's going to do... he works 9:15 to 6pm with a 1-3 hour break daily... if his wife comes to work with him there will be trash all over your house... he was removing like 30 blankets from my guest room closet that we use for the animals & instead of putting them in the office or somewhere he wasn't working--they put the tack boards from the carpet in with my blankets that would've went into my washing machine if God wasn't protecting me--who wants tack boards in their blankets?!? They had my flat screen tv face up 6 ft in the air hanging half way off of a bed's metal box spring with no covering over it--I had to carry the tv into a different room & cover it but, the kicker is I had to step on a $65 box of flooring to get thru there because I gave him permission to block my front door so of course they blocked 4 doors! Overnight! They Left wet paint out in the bathroom knowing I have 5 cats & 2 dogs ---who in God's green earth can go to the bathroom without 5 cats following them?!? So the day he brought his wife to work--I could not access either one of my bathrooms because she pretended like she was going to paint my walk in closet and never did... just moved junk around so I couldn't use my own spaces... he promised to take everything out in the morning and to put everything back in the evenings but didn't... (I volunteered to take everyone to a hotel so he could work without the animals bothering him) I had 7 boxes of flooring left over that I can not return to the store myself (the quarter round is 16 feet long) so it's really bizarre to me why he left my floor with holes in it--couldn't he just replace it with a fresh piece? I think he used a marker to color in one of the holes... I didn't even bother him about it since it was in the walk in closet... he never gave me the communication to let me know to check out a room before he put the furniture back in--now I'm trying to buy a $300 iRobot that's skinny enough to go under the beds... because it takes like 4 minutes to dust mop and he couldn't spare that time for me... this is an English as the first language guy!!! He has a whole lovely wife and still chooses not to communicate... so he charged me $1,900 for painting the first half of my house (4 bedrooms in a 1788 sq ft house)... we agreed he would re-do the criss crossed floor while he was waiting for the paint to dry when he came back (after vacation) to paint the other half of my house... well, he said the second half of my house would cost $8,000... bait & switch much?!? So do you think he came back to fix his mistakes--no! He's a coward with no integrity... (they know I work at Google and he's fully aware of bad reviews which he promised me he didn't want any) & the worse part of all of this is whatever he did to my smoke detectors that now will not stop beeping under any circumstances!! Not sure why this guy hates me when I gave him nothing but time, opportunity & all white paint! Like he could've sprayed the ceilings & the walls with all white paint & had fun! I already know I am the coolest person in the world and I got played! So don't hire this guy unless you have no life (he will block your car in and block the walkway) and a drone to watch his every move... get you an excel sheet with a check list for every surface and go around inspecting him all day long... karma Bobby... karma... you played the vegan animal rescue lady with one leg and white paint! White paint!!!

Multiple promises that workers are on their way, guys are loading the supplies, I'm an hour out and will be there personally. The kicker is he charged my credit card last week for the final amount. When called out about it claimed he told Crystal not to, but the guys were on their way to wrap up (no one showed up). I did call my credit card company to dispute the charge because the work had not been completed and STILL is NOT. For those counting, it is 9 days after they fraudulently charged my card and work is not complete. Only communicate through text to have documentation of all of the false promises.
