I had a great experience with Ninush ! I found this place randomly , i've been approached by the sales girl which she was really kind and helpful , I end up purchasing some art, a couch and a chandelier, at the same time Snir the owner was there too when I start talking with him I discovered he is certified interior designer , I told him I'm trying to re-design my kitchen and living room space , snir offered me free consultation we set the appointment and we met at my house which he came right on time and that's a plus ! Snir provide me with great ideas and the project came to beyond what I expected to be the workmanship was professional and careful I would recommend Ninush products and Snir's design ideas to everyone I know Definitely will purchase more product for him and the next stop my master bathroom :) Thank you Ninush ! read more

Snir did a remodel of our home. He has a great design style but the furniture and materials turned out to be very cheap and sub par. The couch is 2 years old and we will need to replace soon. Bad quality. Very disappointing. Same with other items. FYI, Gigi in 5 star reviews is his sister and Isaac is his contractor! If you need a great contractor, I definitely recommend Isaac, the owner of Tridel Construction. Five stars all the way. He and his crew did a first class job. read more

This store is a gem. From the moment you walk in there is something to admire in every corner. I went in looking for unique pieces, which was not hard to accomplish with the museum of a store here. I was greeted with welcoming service by the owner Snir, we set a plan, and his expertise allowed me to trust the eye of a true designer. This review is for the store not the designer or his talent. I agree with the other reviewer that the customer service in the store needs to change. The women behind the desk (who is the designers mother) looks miserable. Never a hello, goodbye, or can I help you. I like the furniture but hard to buy from someone that has no people skills. FYI the designer Ninush is not any better with his people skills a lot of same traits as his mother. If he's using the store as a vehicle to attract interior design clients, he should fire his mom and bring in someone with people skills. read more

We've purchased so many items from art to accessories and furniture from ninush, to be honest I think almost our whole house is from ninush and I have to say we get so many compliments. The furniture is well made with out being overly priced. The art we custom ordered came exactly when it was suppose to. The sales rep are always nice and knowledgeable. Gigi is the rudest sales person I've ever met. My extremely well behaved 6 year old and I were asking questions and looking at wallpaper samples when we were rudely asked to move so we didn't break the vases. The vases that we had not touched. My response was simply that I could and would pay for anything we might break. At that point I was told to move the book to the counter if I wanted to continue to look. Unfortunately Gigi doesn't know that I've recently moved and am in need of design services and furniture. Unfortunately she judged my casual attire and my decision to bring my kid into the store. She actually encouraged me to call the owner bc she was in the right and I took her comment wrong. In no way will I ever step foot in this store this store again. read more

The store has interesting objects for sale. However, the woman behind the counter was so rude, it dissuaded me from buying a console table there. I took a business card as I walked out. The lady literally chased after me and grabbed me by my wrist. I assumed she thought I was stealing so I showed my hands, and she ripped the business card out of my hand and stormed off. W O W. I've never been physically accosted by a salesperson before. They need to fire her before they have a lawsuit on their hands. Needless to say, I won't be returning. read more

Great pieces, higher price tags but for one of a kind pieces, definitely not mass produced but absolutely horrible service. Bad vibes as soon as I walked in. No greeting, no service just bad vibes. I don't know what else to say except this lady costs the owner a lot of money. When I asked her if she knew how much a certain item cost, she snidely remarked, "of course I know how much it costs, I put it there!" My boyfriend and I were interested in purchasing several pieces of furniture from this store however the woman who works here is so rude and condescending. She lacked basic customer service skills and seemed disinterested in helping us. She cost her son, who owns the store, thousands of dollars and great customers. We offered to leave our contact info incase her son wanted to follow up with us but she refused to take our information. Hands down the worst sales skills we have ever seen. read more

My boyfriend and I had a great experience at the store. We met the same lady everyone else did, the mom. Maybe it was because she fell in love with our dog that we had with us, but she was very nice to us. We talked to her about everything for an hour and even face timed with one of her friends from Israel. She welcomed us and our puppy inside the store and we bought a beautiful console table and statue. Will definitely be going back. read more

After reading the other negative reviews about Ninush, my wife and I were confused... I guess everyone has their own opinions. With 'design', I have learned...there is no right or wrong. Being a medical professional I came to terms early in my life that I have little to no artistic design. I love my wife, but she doesn't have much either. We were fortunate enough to get Snir involved in our home early on. Best decision ever! Not only has he been understanding to our needs, he added the artistic style we were lacking. He helped make sense of the design and flow of our home. He truly has an appreciation for art and design. I hate to also throw in the money aspect of our contract, but I will say he has been honest from the beginning. We agreed upon a design price for the project, and it's been well over a year. Absolutely no up-selling or markups that were not agreed upon. In fact..he's saved us money on MORE than one occasion. The combination of his contacts in the design industry plus his discounts, our project came out less expensive than expected. I know many people may think Ninush is some small furniture store, but it's actually a hidden design center gem that many haven't had the opportunity to take advantage of. read more

Bought several pieces from Snir at Ninush in 2011 & 2012. Very happy with service and quality of merchandise. BUT the latest service is above and beyond many retail locations. My daughter who was the client, moved to Los Angeles in fall of 2012 and in the move fasteners for her glasstop dining table were lost. When contacting Snir at Ninush for replacements - he said no problem. Contacted the mfg and sent the replacement nuts and bolts at no cost with the month. The Rude Lady that opened this morning needs some lessons in customer service. My Wife and I showed up about 10 seconds before their posted opening. The Grumpy lady had already opened both doors wide open. We looked in and said Hi. She gave us this look of destain and said nothing. We visited Ninush almost a year ago, and so loved the items and design sensibility, that we reached out to his mother who was working there to express our desire to get some interior help at our home. We reached out to Snir recently and engaged him to help us with our home. He has a great dry humor and is super organized and punctual. He gets things done and is very responsive. The bigger deal is that his taste is impeccable and he listens to your desired outcomes and then moulds them into a much better reality! I have to say, we've just worked with him a month and he has already brought unique changes to our home and our design mindset. They always have new and unique accessories so I never want to miss out on anything lol. The lady that works there with the glasses is so nice and welcoming she makes you feel like you're her guest not a customer. Would give this place less than one star, if possible. I stopped in about two years ago and was completely ignored. I walked right back out and hadn't been back until today. We are redecorating a home we recently purchased, and I thought I'd give this business another try. Different day, different year but SAME EXACT EXPERIENCE as the first time. The saleslady (who by the description of other reviewers is the same one we were exposed to) was outside smoking as we approached the store. After having to walk through her cloud of smoke, we entered the store, and she followed us in. No greeting. No asking if she could help. She didn't even look at us. Even if the pieces were spectacular, I would never purchase anything from them or enlist them for their design services. When there are so many other choices of designers and merchandise, why would anyone EVER deal with this truly miserable place? read more
