Don't waste your time and $$$$ at those name brand mattress stores. That includes Mattress Firm, Bob's Discount Furniture, and Best Mattress. We looked on line for several days and decided that the mattress stores advertise many "sales" but when investigating to go see and try NONE of the stores have the full lineup in store. That all stock the high end and junk. We went to Bob's found a mattress we liked at a decent price along with a marked down adjustable frame. We are looking at a total of $1600. We were all ready when I asked about delivery. Were to told delivery was $99. I inquired about a discount for a $1600 purchase and got a blank stare and a no. I turned around to leave thinking that a commissioned salesperson would stop me and negotiate, nope. Evidently a $1600 sale means nothing. Got home and searched on line again. Thank goodness I did. Found Half Price Mattress! Short hours on Sunday but got there just after a 1:00 opening. Christina was the sole person in the store. I explained what I was looking for and she directed me to a mattress she felt fit the bill. We ( my wife ) tried it and found it to be what we were looking for. The posted price was $1100 but she immediately let us know that it was on sale for $799. I inquired about delivery and got impressed at NO CHARGE and could be delivered now even on Sunday . Delivery is a 3rd party and would be a set up charge if needed. Just pay cash to the delivery person. It's only been 3 days but we are very pleased with our purchase and keeping $$$ in our pockets. If you even are thinking about a new mattress, save yourself time and $$$. GO TO HALF PRICE MATTRESS and tell Christina that the Christian couple sent you. Blessings read more

I purchased a mattress here a little over a month ago and it was just a little too firm so I came back in today and talked with Christina to see about a softer exchange. She showed me the Spring Air Pillow Top, I laid on it and it felt perfect so I paid the difference between what I had originally purchased and this new one, she scheduled me for the swap later today. I've only had the mattress from Half-Priced Mattress Superstore for two weeks, so it's premature to tell its overall performance. But, based on a couple of weeks, it "appears" to be an "unbranded" quality mattress that will stand up over time. For the mattress, I offer five stars thus far. However, for the store services, delivery, and professionalism, I rate this retailer between three and four stars, and here's why. While very friendly, the saleswoman needed to grasp more of the mattress details. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, I assume she was new to the job. The owner arrived while I was at the store, and he could have been more helpful and reassuring while listening to the saleswoman fumble for answers to my questions. The delivery didn't go well and had to be pushed back another day because the [third party] delivery person was very late. I spent two thousand dollars on this mattress and would feel better about the purchase with a follow-up or a simple thank you note or call. I am still waiting to receive any calls or follow-ups. Very comfortable and I'm very happy with my purchase. I previously had a Sealy which started to sag in the middle. Mattress Firm/Sealy would not honor the warranty so I decided to check out Half Price Mattress. Do not purchase a mattress from Mattress Firm. They are crooks. The bed cause pain and sleepless nights also the review was honest not harsh . That problem wasn't addressed since I used the one time customer guarantee so I had to ask for a charge back at the very least but don't worry you guys received your money and I received a horrible experience. I didn't even get to try it in store yes I wanted something firmer than the previous bed but not a block of concrete for any amount of money let alone 1400 dollars it was definitely not worth it. The customer service is awesome they assisted me with choosing the right mattress for me explaining the different types of mattresses and the different price points. I even was able to get some additional discounts which was great. I recently moved here from Hawaii and in Hawaii they always say that Vegas is the ninth island. Time for some better sleep and getting rid of old stinky mattresses !....looked at the reviews on yelp and was really impressed even more so when I decided to make this my first stop and I am so glad I did because I walked in on a Thursday morning and was greeted by Phil and Bob proceeded to tell them what type of problems I was having and was looking for a new mattress not too firm not too plush .They showed me different types and allowed me to lay on them to see for myself not rushing me at all . I choose the perfect mattress a Sealy (seen in picture below) which they offered to deliver if you mention yelp and if you want set up $30 extra since a 3rd party does it . Now they had the mattress in stock that could be delivered the next day for me but I also wanted a headboard which bob ordered for me from the computer online and I got a deal on bedsheet set with oil/waterproof mattress cover and bed frame I thought I'll wait get all together since headboard is delivered from California it wouldn't be delivered until the following Thursday . Applying for Snap finance is simple it's $34 processing fee then just give them your social/ employment info and ID and within 5 minutes I was approved !!! After all the discounts and perks I received my total was around $1400 and I only paid $34 out of pocket that day :)....fast forward to Tuesday my bed arrived early but there was a problem although beautiful headboard it was the one that I said I did not want there was a small mix up with the order # my partner was not too happy to have shiny rhinestones on his headboard lol . It was a simple mistake done at time of purchase so I called spoke to the assistant they corrected it I gave them number of headboard we wanted it replaced with by Friday the delivery guy came took the headboard and gave us the one we ordered . I have them 5 stars for service and quality love our bed love them and when I'm ready to move end of year we will be purchasing the rest of our furniture from them . Ps. Went in here about a month ago looking for some mattresses ( I know shocking right?) After going to some other stores we walked in and the lady started quoting prices & I couldn't believe it. I had to keep asking if she was joking, the prices were about 1/2 or more from the other stores. Same mattresses,Same quality 1/2 the price. Amazing! We bought 3 mattress & Box spring before they changed their minds. There has only been one staff member there whenever we visited so if someone else is there you may have to wait a bit but totally worth it. They sell some furniture as we were looking for 2 nightstands, not on display but shown on a computer. The delivery is extra but they're pretty cheap, you have to pay in cash on delivery and it's delivered by a separate company. The delivery guys are super nice too. If you need a mattress and don't want to spend excessively on it from Ashley or something this is the place to go. read more

I just got a mattress from Mattress firm to replace the one I bought from half priced mattress while there at the store one of the sale people on the floor expressed that Half price mattress does tear down of older mattress's and puts them back together with new foam in them as well as steam cleaning them then puts them up for sale I believe this to be true as seeing how horrible my bed is I paid 1200 for a bed and got a flapjack mattress.Since sleeping on it the middle has completely collapsed the foam is pressed to the wooden box springs and look like a candy bowl so Far the worst experience I've had I would avoid spending your money here and search around for that mattress you'll love and give you the sleep You need. We are in need of a new mattress because we have had our current mattress WAY TO LONG which we bought about 8-9 years ago at this place when it was way smaller. They were amazing and the mattress has lasted forever. Everyone LOVED our mattress. At the time of purchasing our king size bamboo mattress (at the time was the best in store), they also gave us a 2 sets of bed sheets (included: cover sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillow cases) for free with the bed we were already buying at whole sale. Then they gave us pillows that were worth at least $300 for only $100. We had it delivered that day. I will be coming here soon for my kids mattresses as well as mine and hubbies. I had been looking for a new box spring for our king bed and I was hesitant to try anything that wasn't a big box store. I was actually on my way home from RC Willey when I saw this store. I pulled over to check Yelp because I wanted to make sure it was a trustworthy distributor and I was astounded by the number of 5-star​ reviews. I decided to take a chance and went in. I was blown away by how simple and painless the process was. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by an associate. I explained that I was only looking for a box spring and he showed me the two options: white or black. He gave me a simple price that was lower than anywhere else I'd found and told me they could deliver it the next day. I paid $50 for delivery and haul away which is still $10 cheaper than just delivery was at any other store I'd checked.
