The driver has always been at my condo 5-10 minutes prior to scheduled pickup for early morning departure. Last Saturday we came back to PHL (1/14/22) from Palm Beach, Fl around 5:15 pm. The driver called and texted us to let us know he was waiting in a White Lincoln, clear instructions of meeting place, and we found his car as soon as we left the terminal.
