I ordered curbside pick up and it's paid for"they made me feel like I was unreasonable for asking for what they advertised during a pandemic. I have heart failure and I caregive my 90 yr old mother. Weed is nice but it's not a risk I'm ready to take. I spent a few hundred $$ there, you'd think you'd want to keep a customer that wants to shop local and will come to you instead of getting delivery that the shop pays for. A couple of days before the appointment we get a call asking to reschedule the appointment. We were unable to find a date that was compatible. Site says open to 5:00 but trying to get an appointment after work, difficult, someone wants Banker's hours (-1 star). Told someone would call back shortly with a compatible time, never happened. The day of the appointment get a call to cancel the appointment, no rescheduled date, get the "We'll call back to reschedule"!! since then Crickets!! no call back nothing. If I could put 0 stars I would but that would ne unfair to the first part with the booking agent. Very unprofessional on the part of the people who are supposed to be the professionals. Shows TOTAL lack of consideration for patient care & patient needs. They are obviously a scam, using people's frustration with mainstream medical science desperately looking for a solution to problems they're having that mainstream medicines aren't solving, to take their money. Couldn't find a time compatible with someone's bank hours so just brush them off. Avoid these Snake Oils salespeople.
