We got in and were surprised about how, weird it was set up. They have lines and a counter. There's no product or physical stock anywhere and it's very sterile as an environment. I imagine that's due to Canadian federal guidelines, but with something less harmful than alcohol, it's a bit hypocritical considering the LCBO and Beer Store. We were greeted by a guy, not sure if he was the owner or greeter who happened to know absolutely everything about cannabis, the products and the staff. He was really nice and knowledgeable. Didn't make us feel bad about being newbies in the cannabis realm. Once we found out what we wanted, we got into a line and were finally served. The cashier/server, known as the 'Budtender' was so rude. Complete 180 from the greeter/owner. She even said she was trying to get through it as fast as possible and wasn't happy to answer any of our questions. No smiles, no friendliness, nothing. As a former cashier, I get bad days, but there was no reason for her to act like this. So it would be 5 stars if the end of our experience wasn't dampened by the 'budtender'.

My Bro cancelled his as well and they didn't charge him. Phoned them this am and asked them why my card was charged after cancelling. The guy threatened to phone the police on ME because I was swearing. Says it will take 3-4 business days to refund my money. Said well give me what you charged me for and he replied it would take 3 days to process it. My bank cancelled my card because I reported it as an unauthorized charge. Now I have to go get get a new card. Even Meth dealers aren't as dishonest as these clowns.

The gentleman there last night recommended a couple great strains from Edison Cannabis Co that are some of the best quality and conditioned cannabis I've purchased at an OCS shop. Product was very fresh, with boost packets in each one, so the flower was at the perfect moisture levels and aromas were intact and beautiful. Not the dusty gray crap I've suffered through from other OCS locations. Good prices too. Will definitely be returning on my next trip through Milton when picking up fresh beers from Third Moon.
