I explained that I already had my card and prescription I just needed my prescription renewed. She made an appointment for me a week later. My appointment was for 3:45pm and I called into zoom. I had to wait on hold until 4:07pm for the appointment to start. I did not appreciate having to wait on hold for so long. The nurse or doctor came on the calm and started telling me that I had booked the wrong appointment and that I would have to reschedule and the cost would not be $50 it would be $200. She told me I would have to allow my certification expire and then make a new initial visit for $200 and make sure I had this document and that document and I should have been told this all. Well I was not told that any of and the person who answers the phone for New Era had no clue what they were doing it was their mistake and I told her exactly what I needed but she made the wrong appointment and didn't tell me anything. There are other providers that have a more professional staff and do not charge this much and do not make you sit on hold for 20+ minutes only to tell you that you made the wrong appointment and no accountability for their staff and how unprofessional they were in dealing with me. There are plenty of other providers for this service that charge less and treat patients better than this place does.

Upon going in they do have a lot of LED displays with menu items. If you are like me and get overwhelmed by too many visuals, they do have paper and tablet menus. They had a huge variety of items from edible to flower. Pricing was also great as well. As a first time visitor check in took a moment to break down specials and how their loyalty program works. I appreciated that. I'll visit again as they took care of me. I like a spot with good customer service no matter what your level.

I stopped in the back of the building for a few minutes while waiting for my order because there were no available parking spots. During that time, security approached me twice. On the second interaction, I was spoken to in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner, including being insulted over the radio. I simply stated that my order would be ready shortly and that I would wait briefly. What followed was completely unnecessary escalation over a minor situation. Instead of any attempt to de-escalate or treat a long-time customer with basic respect, the interaction turned hostile and unprofessional. including being insulted over the radio. Update: The situation was ultimately handled by General Manager Matt Hersh, and unfortunately, Rather than addressing what happened or acknowledging any staff conduct, I was told I was no longer welcome and that my account was being closed. It's disappointing to see a loyal customer treated this way over a brief and avoidable misunderstanding by your security staff. This was handled poorly from start to finish, and it reflects badly on the business overall.
