When I walked in, no one was at the front to greet me or ask what service I needed. The sign outside clearly said "Open," so I checked in and sat down. After waiting about 10 minutes, I finally called out, "Is anyone here?" because I could hear noise coming from the back room. A woman eventually came out wearing gloves and said, "We're open, but I'm busy right now." It looked like she was working on something in the back. I found this to be very unprofessional and poor customer service. If your business is open, someone should acknowledge customers, even if there's going to be a wait. Instead, I felt like I was being turned away because she was "busy." I've been a loyal customer at this location for years, so this experience was really disappointing. Unfortunately, because of how I was treated today, I won't be returning to this location.

Today I finally found that person! So I decided to go back to Mila today. When I arrived, I jokingly told Monica, the person who provided the service, that we needed to have a consultation (smiling, but serious) because I didn't want my eyebrows made thin or the tails cut off, because once it's gone, you can't get it back until it grows back and mine grows at a slow pace. She listened carefully to exactly what I wanted, and we had a great conversation while she worked. She also threaded the sides of my face, and everything turned out beautifully. She gave me exactly the shape I was hoping for without taking off more than I wanted. It's such a relief to finally find someone who listens and takes the time to understand what you're looking for. After reading reviews I decided to take a leap and try out this place yesterday. I'm really glad that I did. I made an appointment from their fb page but they also except walk ins. The place was easy to find, very clean and updated. Their price list that is posted from 2 years ago is the same and they do give a discount for paying cash. Brow service is done in a chair and took about 5 minutes for threading. I also got brows tinted which took about 10 minutes. Both services were $22 total and she did an amazing job, even my husband said they looked good. They are open 7 days a week!!

I've had bad experiences getting a brazilian when I used to go to waxxpot but I eventually switched over to european wax center and it's a better experience.
