Bad business practice for those of us who are active duty/veterans with limited time on moving our items or eating the cost of the price increase. Transparency is needed.

I suspect the manager/owner opened up the store for a few weeks or months and is now somewhere else. This would be REALLY obvious to someone who worked there even for an hour.

If the person who accidentally received my package would not have contacted Ontrac, I may have never gotten my package. Clearly their drivers can't read street signs or addresses.
