Dr Rupley failed to remove the nerve in the 2nd toe and had put me in a situation where i have to have foot surgery again. Dr Rupley was unqualified to do this simple surgery that was requested of her. In addition, at my follow up visit, she told me to remove my own stitches and didn't have the respect to tell me she was leaving the office where she was working. Unfortunately I found out she was gone after the fact. This has caused me great harm as I'm now in more pain then the neuroma caused and can not out on any shoe unless it has a fabric top due to my 2nd toe being bent upward.

He walked in and greeted me, he is very kind. He immediately started poking at my foot with his bare hands (this was a checkup after surgery, so he knew where to look). He started trying to see how sensitive it was by attempting to extract fluid by squeezing, again NO GLOVES!!! Then, without washing his hands, he grabbed a medicine bottle (antibacterial, I think), squeezed some out, and directly brought the bottle to my foot. I even felt the plastic touch my foot. Then he simply put the cap back on and bandaged my foot. He even shook my hand, still without washing his hands. The scariest 5 minutes in any doctor's office I've ever had.
