The guy with black hair and neck tattoos silently rang me up, then I asked for a bag. he said "no bag". I just said thats okay if you don't have any" and paid. Then for no reason his smart self says "you only got three redbulls anyway you aight". I'm not sure why he felt the need to question what a paying customer asks for/needs? Like i dont know bro, maybe i asked for a bag because i'm running errands and have a car full of boxes and would like to make less trips to and from the car and house to put my stuff away. Store is fine Digital coupons are not easy to use…read more Sometimes, they do not work. It is very inconvenient to have to go to customer service for adjustments. It's especially challenging when customer service doesn't always understand that the coupons fail to work occasionally . We had this happen today and Cheryl border line accused us of lying. She did not believe that we clipped the coupons in the store when we got there. Her co worker said that sometimes it happens that way. She told her to simply refund us the difference. However, she continued to say she hadn't seen our clipped coupons. We showed her coworker the clipped coupons and eventually we were reluctantly refunded. It did not feel good to have her not believe what we were saying.
