LOL…read more The truth is the angry screaming woman refused service because she didn't like the fact I wouldn't get on the table; I needed to sit in the chair as I was not feeling well due to a suspected ear infection. These people are angry that you're even there, and it's evident as soon as you walk in the front door. They provide masks and insist you wear them the entire time there. Mckenzie at reception was friendly and efficient checking me in. Emily, the nurse who took my vitals and history was another person with a warm personality and nice professional approach to the tasks at hand. My visit with the nurse practitioner, Colleen just blew me out of the water. Pleasant, quick to grasp what I was asking for and even faster in meeting my needs. The whole place runs smooth as silk and after working 45 years in healthcare, I am usually NOT impressed. But, wow, I think I have found my go-to urgent care for the future. I was in and out in 45 minutes. I usually wait that long to just get back to an exam room. Keep up the great work and the great attitude. Job well done by all.

Furthermore, we had an issue with the the finance department which was sorted out and any balance paid in full the next day. We have no problem paying our dues! I am disappointed in this establishment due to the lack of communication which is unprofessional, reflecting poorly on this so called Christian "owner" if I am correct regarding who that is. Regardless of who owns this clinic and made their decision- very unprofessional. My son needs his next vaccine and now we are left to scramble and find someone to give his next vaccine ASAP. The email they sent was signed allied pediatrics. me on the phone of Trying to "MAKE" her accuse another practitioner unaffiliated to your organization of "making a mistake" aka malpractice, where I clearly said I just wanted to understand the issue my son was having as I was worried- I'm disappointed in this Christian who does not actually take the time to try and resolve any "issues" (if there was one) sending out dismissal letters, causing there to now be a delay in my son's care. Shameful demeanor and actions. Front desk service is always friendly, efficient and helpful…read more I've come more than 20 times between me and my youngest and the front desk service has been consistent. As for the doctors, I adore and trust Dr. Sanders. He did surgery on both of my shoulders, with no complications, now and I have full mobility. I give it 3 stars bc 1. the walk in clinic relies on xrays, even for soft tissue damage and over relies on physical therapy. They are extremely conservative with teen soft tissue injuries and I hate to see my own child and other teens lose months of their lives being active bc they are limited by the pain. And 2. Both of my hip and knee pain from injuries was not taken as seriously (in regards to medical intervention) as it felt. Just be aware that you have to be your child's advocate and pursue second opinions.
