When siding was done, I walked the property with my small magnet catcher through my driveway, mulch, grass, and my yard and was finding mass amounts of nails. Pictures below show some. My kids and dogs use my yard. My mulch was destroyed with paint chips and small pieces of old plywood. Their work should look like they were never there to other aspects of my property. 2 weeks after the project still no phone call from owner as requested, nor the sales man who signed the contract. They are a hit and run company and I don't recommend.

Unfortunately, the corners of the largest section have turned into water faucets that were always on. I tried my own DIY projects to get it turned off, but was unsuccessful. It was finally time to call in the pros. I found Made in America Roofing also through Yelp. They were local to me and also part of the Yelp Project Guarantee program. I was pleasantly surprised that Joe got back in touch with me within a few minutes of my initial Yelp contact. He was out to my house the same day and we discussed the project and some other roofing issues I had. He had a written estimate in my hands within two days, and the project was completed within the week. My multiple corner piece gutters are dry! He took off my gutter guards from my old gutters and put them on the new ones. We added a second downspout and you can clearly see that the pitch is correct. For my other roofing issues, Joe was able to see some possible areas where rain may have been coming in and causing a shower inside my house. He even showed me pictures he took to explain what he saw could be problematic. He caulked the areas and so far I haven't had water coming from the ceiling lights. I did not get any other quotes. The price I was given I thought was fair and reasonable. I also had a concrete patch hole in my garage fixed by Made in America Roofing. Joe had his mason guy come to do that project for $150. Joe and his helper, Vlad, completed the project in a few hours. I couldn't believe how much sludge was inside the gutters. Just shows how much they weren't pitched and draining properly. Now my gutters are doing the correct job. Communication was excellent, price was fair, and he put in the extra help for my roofing problem that he did not try to get me to do a replacement or work that was not necessary. The owner then left the country and sent his father to do the work. Afterward, I received a call from a third party claiming to be the contractor, threatening to remove the scupper unless payment was made immediately -- completely unacceptable and alarming. The repair failed. I still have active water intrusion, and it has caused interior damage to my home. This company showed a serious lack of professionalism, oversight, and accountability. The workmanship did not resolve the problem, and the billing tactics were concerning. Homeowners - proceed with extreme caution! Verify who is performing the work, how payments are handled, and whether the company is operating to proper standards. ----------------------------- Your response contains multiple inaccuracies ... First, your claim that you "tried calling me multiple times" is false. You never called me. I have no missed calls, voicemails, or call logs from you after the work. What I do have is a saved voicemail left on 4/11/25, immediately after the work was performed. Second, your statement about nonpayment is also false. I paid a deposit on 4/04/25 and made final payment on 4/18/25. Both payments were made by credit card, and I have full documentation proving this. At no point was payment withheld "for over a month," and suggesting otherwise is simply untrue. Third, the call threatening to remove the scupper came from a third party claiming to be associated with you, and it occurred after the work was completed and while payment had already been made. Regardless of how you now characterize it, that call was inappropriate and alarming, and it happened under your company's name.
