I had an amazing experience with Nix Nax. Truly top tier service. I needed a custom shirt for a friend's birthday celebration and called that same morning. Within an hour, I had created and sent over my design, and they had the shirt printed and ready within the next hour. That level of speed and responsiveness is hard to come by. Not only was the service incredibly fast, but it was also very affordable. For a single custom shirt, I paid just over $16, which I thought was more than reasonable given the turnaround time and quality. This spot honestly saved me from having to make an hour long drive to my usual place, and I'm so glad I found them. One thing to keep in mind, they were able to turn this around so quickly because I made my own design and it was printed on a white shirt. If you're looking for a colored shirt, or for their help in design, it may take a bit more time, and they are upfront about that. Respect the process, they know what they are doing and they're good at it! Also, logistical note, the GPS will bring you to the front of the building, however, parking is on the next residential street or behind the store. Overall though, I highly recommend Nix Nax if you are looking for quality, efficiency, and great customer service. I will definitely be coming back. read more

I've always had good experiences with Nix Nax. Customer service is great. The employees are always friendly and willing to help. They inform you when your items will be ready and call you to pick them up. They are really flexible. Although they offer a really wide selection of items to purchase, they also allow you to bring in your own items and they will customize them as you request. They are also pretty quick with completing the work and prices are reasonable. read more

They do a terrific job of imprinting shirts. You can also get things embroidered. They have stock in the store from aprons, totes, baby blankets, hats and lots more. A great place to find a gift. There were many racks of tshirts and hoodies in every color imaginable. My shirt came out perfect and wasn't expensive. read more

The staff here are extremely polite and helpful. Their printing is absolutely amazing, they are very precise. They try to offer you deals on the bundle packages that you order. They always have what you need and if they don't they find a way to get it. I highly recommend them, even if you only need to get one shirt printed they will do it. read more

I've been to nixnax before to have wedding t-shirts made for me and my bridal party the day before my wedding and they made it happen! Not only that but, I recently ordered a t-shirt off Etsy for my daughters first day of kindergarten, when I got it it said "hello pre-k" which It was supposed to read "hello kindergarten" I had gotten the shirt in the mail the day before school started and brought it to them immediately in a panic for my baby girl. They were going to re make the whole shirt for me and realized they could remove the wrong print and re-print it with the correct "saying" after they worked their magic and I came to pick up the shirt they told me it was free of charge just out of the kindness of their hearts and probably for my little girl who was starting her first day of kindergarten! Last week My wife and I went to place an order for a tshirt. Not only did we not receive immediate service which is fine, but the lady working the machine look right at us and noticed we needed help for about 5 minutes before saying anything. My wife asked me if I wanted to go somewhere else for a shirt. At this point I figured we are here so let's go ahead with them before risking not be able to have one in time. So the order was placed and available to pick up a few days later. Being a business owner I understand all days won't be the same, but when you have a worst experience than the initial experience the second time, that is a direct reflection on the business and the brand. I can remember the faces but I wish I can remember the names. When I picked up the shirt, a different individual addressed me by saying what are you here for. She showed me the shirt which I will say turned out great, but the transaction was terrible. A place that I visually saw make their own bags, she took an old black wrinkled plastic handle bag and threw my shirt in and gave it to me, which sounds like a COVID violation. I will tolerate a lot of things but I will not and advise everyone else to take advantage of money you spend with them. No company is owed your business, they need you more than you need them. This goes for all businesses
