I went an checked out the other store, but they had less of a selection, but more importantly they were not as friendly as Jackie at ATW. I came back the same day and Jackie was once again super friendly, professional, and patient. She had more customers this time, too. I ended up trying on a less expensive brand, Cherokee, because the Jaanuu that I had left on hold. I ended up going with Cherokee because I could get a three sets for the less than what I was going to pay for two sets of Jannuu. Jackie placed the order for the threee shirts and three pants in my correct sizes. They should arrive in 7-10 business days, which not a long time to wait. Anyway, the store was a great find, recommend by a friend that is a nurse, and Jackie went above and beyond to help me with my purchase.

The lady working there said she couldn't give me a quote because she needed to see the actual diploma even though I gave her a rough estimate on the size. Okay, that's fine. I live nearby so I went home and brought it back. She said it would take about two weeks for my framed diploma and I would get a phone call when it was ready. Well... I wait and still didn't get a phone call. I finally call the place and spoke to one of the men who does the framing. I ask him what the status of my frame is because it felt like it was a while ago that I took my diploma in for framing. He tells me that he's surprised that someone never called me and also told me it was ONE MONTH AND TWO DAYS ago that I dropped off my diploma but it would be done in a week. Guess what? Still didn't get a phone call and I had to call again to check the status. They said it was ready, so I finally pick it up! After over a month of waiting and I get my framed diploma. When I get home, I noticed that there were little spots of dirt and little pieces of hair or something in it. Thankfully they were nice and said they would be able to fix it and clean it up, but the experience in general was not the best.

It's a bright and inviting space with a unique way of accessing fabric, fat quarter swatches of each print are hung, with a numbered tag, on the wall and they'll run to the back to fetch the yardage for you. It reminded me of furniture shopping and piling all the swatches on the table while you agonize over colors. The only downsize is swatches are hung by color not collection which could make things a bit more difficult to find or identify. They carry high quality quilters cottons with a wide selection of prints and blenders mostly modern if I had to say their emphasis and a small section of batiks. They offer long arm services and classes which are just getting started back up again after their brief closure from Covid. Certainly a must stop if you're an avid quilter.
