Something sure has changed over there. Now when I call back for the same treatment I get treated rudely, we don't do that anymore and when I try to explain to them that it was done 6 years ago and I just was curious if maybe they didn't see that I had that plan that included that and they needed to double check that guy barks at me and says she told you we don't do that and hangs up on me.
