It took a week of leaving messages before I finally talked with Lydia & understood their problem. Truly Nolan charged an initial large fee for a contract they did NOT honor & then canceled me because they are incompetent, but of course they did not refund the initial payment. 08/05/19 - I did receive a helpful call from the manager, Rick, & Truly Nolen will will refunding me the total amount paid.
