It took a week of leaving messages before I finally talked with Lydia & understood their problem. Truly Nolan charged an initial large fee for a contract they did NOT honor & then canceled me because they are incompetent, but of course they did not refund the initial payment. 08/05/19 - I did receive a helpful call from the manager, Rick, & Truly Nolen will will refunding me the total amount paid. They were always friendly staff and never missed an appointment, the only issues we ever had with their service was them keeping logs, and licensing up to date, this is a big deal In the food industry, and if not closely monitored cost me in audits.
