I have two wild ones and the fact that the entire place is enclosed in a cage with only one entrance and exit is a huge plus for me and makes it easy for me to bring the kids here. They have a corner also for really young kids. They do have trampoline and what looks like an obstacle course. You can choose to pay per thirty minute block of time per kid for either the playground, the trampoline area or both. Prices are good. They do have party rental rooms, arcade items and a place to order food and drinks. The food isn't just snacks, they do have pizzas and pretzels and they don't taste bad.

However, it was pretty clean and the rink is well maintained. They have both rollerskates and rollerblades in an extensive size range, including kids sizes. They also have elbow pads, wrist guards, and knee pads that you can borrow for free. I saw them actively sanitizing skates after use, which was good to see. I think the $20 feet is a bit steep, but not terribly unreasonable. The staff was nice, they could've been a little more energetic but overall they were doing a good job. I liked the music selection, a good mix of everything! The flashing lights were a little intense for me, but it added to the atmosphere which I can appreciate. If you're looking for a fun indoor activity, check out Lynnwood Bowl and Skate! I'd like to try bowling next time and give a review on that part of the facility.

We decided to come here and while he was doing his tournament we would bowl and maybe skate and play some billiards. However, for two lanes, the total for 7 people it cost us $350 in total to bowl. What a total rip off! My son didn't even get matching shoes, the balls provided had many chips, and one of our consoles was not even working properly! When we told them of the problem they were not helpful at all. We just dealt with it. The skating rink was also very smelly and smelled like feet and the billiards tables were poorly kept as well as the sticks provided. For the price we paid the bowling wasn't even exciting as it wasn't even cosmic bowling. I can't believe people actually go here! We will not be coming back here to bowl, skate or play billiards!

We came for part of the day and covered different parts of cheer and the camp culminated with us cheering during a basketball game in the gym. Even though I did not pursue gymnastics nor cheer much after the termination of the camp, the camp itself was enjoyable, well organized, and I enjoyed that we got to practice cheer choreography in the same place we performed the cheer during the game. Later on, in high school, regional-level competitions were held here for the History Day Competition. Different competition types were housed in different rooms in the center that could accommodate the format of the competition categories. For example, documentary/film competitions were held in rooms with computer hook-ups to projectors, live-exhibits (also called skits or performances) were held in rooms that had a stage-like portion of the room, and physical exhibits (my category) were housed in one large room with aisles between the exhibits so people could stop and ask up questions. The spacing of the aisles also provided good spacing when interacting with the judges one-on-one, not too crowded in my opinion. I ended up advancing to the state-level of competition, which was held at the University of Washington, and found I preferred presenting here at the Spartan Recreation Center in part because of the spacing and in part because of friendlier event organizers and workers. Field use for sports is tied here if I am recalling correctly. We had to reserve the athletic fields in advance for dry land practice as part of the high school water polo team. For swim team, a room here was reserved and used on occasion for the start of the year team meeting and getting our warm-ups and bag (uniforms aside from team suits). Reserving the rooms and fields was relatively hassle-free. I also used the athletics fields for soccer over the years and maintenance was excellent. The track and field has a large parking lot, easy-to-read scoreboard, and a good number of bathrooms. I ran middle distance track here for my high school and enjoyed the practices and meets held here. The track surface wasn't so hard as to hurt my knees except during one practice when I managed to trip over my shoe laces during a sprints set...

This is an easy option when other activities aren't available that day. It might be a little confusing. We didn't even end up using the outdoor play structure (which is no longer there apparently), because the kids loved running around inside. The event happened to take place on an abnormally hot day in early May so the outdoor/indoor space was perfect. There were plenty of tables and chairs available and the staff was really helpful. We've also come here for the indoor toddler gym play time... it was okay. There aren't that many toys compared to the Spartan Recreation Center (though that one isn't free), but it was still a good time for my kiddos to run around and play on the bleachers.

I have come here a few times to just check it out, or if walking around sunset time and wanting to watch the sun set beyond the Olympic Mountains across the Puget Sound. There are a handful of parking spots and a small restroom building, neither of which I have used yet in my coming here. Oddly, this neighborhood park has been around for a number of years, but was one neither me nor my parents were too aware of despite living in the area for over 20 years. Nice to have a place like this to come to and clear one's head, watch the sunset or a train going past, just play around, or sit down and do some work or read at one of the tables.

It's tucked away in Richmond Beach on the waterfront, and even though I am in Richmond Beach a fair amount, including a bar not too far from here, I had no idea this existed. You can not access the water as train tracks and a fence keep you inside the park. It's a small place with little parking, but an actual bathroom on site, a playground, black berry picking and gorgeous views. It seems to be a nightly walking place for many residents in the neighborhood and a hang out spot for local teenagers. In the actual lot there are only 5 spots (1 handicap), but it appears people are able to park up on the hill above the park and walk in. The play ground looks like a nice reason to visit, but it currently has some yellow tape on it for covid. Dining seems to continue to bring in visitors as there are a few picnic tables and we witnessed multiple people stop by with take out. It's very nice to be able to watch the ferries go by, including some big ships and if you are lucky a train or two. I think this would be an enjoyable place for anyone who likes to gaze out over the water. I plan to go back some day when cruise ships return and see if I can catch one going by, in the mean time though its a great place to watch a sunset.

I'm surprised this park doesn't have more reviews! It is the…read morebest water park I have been to. Better than forest park. The playground is comparable to Silverlake park but not quite as good. My son still had a blast though. I have gone during the summer when it was very busy, sometimes parking can be an issue at that time. There is a small parking lot for the park that fills up quickly. Before you get to it though, there is a small dirt lot on the right that you can park at as well. If you drive past it, and see that the lot is full, you will have to loop back around since it is a one way road. I have been able to find parking each time I went. But one time I had to wait for a spot to open up. There is a little kiosk type business that sells shave ice. My son loves it and I get it for him. I wish it wasn't empty calories though. Just sugar syrup and ice...lol This park has one thing I haven't seen at other parks, a huge water cauldron up in the air that water pours into. Eventually, when it gets too full, the weight causes it do dump all the water. The kids love it! They all wait underneath it and scream when it does. It's got a lot more going on to than other spray parks. There is also a baseball field right above the park with some open grass.
