Will definitely bring her back anytime I'm in the Tukwila area, but I live in Seattle, so I don't feel it's worth the drive since we have lots of similar indoor playgrounds in downtown Seattle. Would recommend for parents who have smaller children, ie 1-5, as it's definitely geared more towards the little ones. we took our granddaughter to this place and they wanted to charge 1 of us an additional $6 dollars to wait in their waiting area. That just seems really sleepy. You pay for 1 child and 1 adult to enter into the play area which is no shoes only, then why would you charge the 2nd adult waiting in their waiting area? Change the policy and make it easier for the adults. This policy makes Safari seems inflexible. ​ read more

My child and I came here because she wanted to get her wiggles out. Safari is inside the mall, right upstairs near JCPenney. It isn't very large. We came during the weekend and they charge more, I think 13.99 or something. One free parent with a paid child admission. I think because it was so small there weren't a lot of things inside. The playground at factoria Mall feels less compact and has the foam ball shooter gun. Also , I noticed there were areas that are blocked off (maybe in need of repair?) And kids couldn't play in it. Nonetheless, she enjoyed it - after all, she's not paying for it. There are seats for adults to sit in. I was able to find a space. Also, they have a 2hr time limit. I ended up staying just over an hour. They have music and it's relatively clean. The bathrooms aren't too bad either. The disclosure/sign in is simple - just a signature and simple info. read more

Good: The gym was nice, clean, lots of smalls cubbies for shoes (don't over pack there's no space for diaper bags, strollers, etc.) they offer socks and room temp water bottle for $1.50 Lots of nooks with different activities, lots of slides & a small area for children under 2 Bad: To start off the site states $13.99 for 1 child & 1 adult we were charged $16.99 or so. Kinda pricy in my opinion. pretty small location so be prepared for a crowd, on weekends/busy hours. tight for adults to navigate along with their small toddlers. You're given wristbands but they don't verify you're leaving with the kid you came in with. Today I saw this crazy guy only had one shot and tried to argue with the young worker here. Come on, they are following the rule, they don't make it up. All these younger workers need more support from the management/ owner. The guy keep saying he has to wait 2 weeks for the 2nd shot. Hey, come back in 2 weeks then! Attended a birthday party here. Kids had a great time running around. It was very busy because it was a weekend. We still had plenty of space to run around. Not sure how crazy it gets during a regular day. My daughter (almost 3) was able to explore and navigate the entire space with confidence and safety. Plenty of space for kids and parents. Small section for under 2 as well if you have several kids with different energy levels. Staff are always very friendly and professional. Because they vacuum frequently, the floor is clean. Bathrooms are clean also. They carefully check the numbers on armbands when kids are taken out of the place. They walk around the jungle gym and try to rescue if kids are crying left alone making sure their parents are aware. Very kids safety-centric. Great first experience. Employees were doing a great job reminding kids and adults of the rules. Made it fun, safe and enjoyable for my 8, 6 and 2 year old. We'll be back. Expect it to be very busy/max capacity on the weekends. Week days better. I highly recommend this playground because of the employees and the variety of play areas. Great Customer Service, Great Quality Gym. Kids are a little crazy obviously since it looks so fun. They do need to wear socks in the play area so make sure they are wearing them or bring some with you. If you don't have any they sell them for $1.50. It's a great place to take the kids on cold rainy days so they can get out that energy and save your sanity! Parents can also climb around with their children. Safari is a wonderful place for the kids to burn off energy for hours. Celebrated a 2nd birthday party for my son. The grandparents had to pay to sit on a bench and watch the kids for 2 hours. This place charged the grandparents over $30 "for admission" to what?!!! a bench !!! Ridiculous! Wont be returning. They initially said adults only have to pay if they are playing then they wouldn't let our adults in who were clearly too old and frail to go in the short crawl spaces. Shiisty minimum wage workers maning the counter. No balls in the ball pit. my kids are young enough where I was accompanying them the whole time and the nets are so short on the ceiling you can't even sit up to go down the slides--have to lay down. benches and foam Lego blocks were worn tf out. I like taking my son places and this is one of his favorites. I had my emotional support animal and my kid with me. My kid really wanted to play. One person was ready to let me pay for the 1/2 hour that was left before they closed. Then the other employee said, no dogs allowed. I told him it was emotional and support has his registration with me. I asked if he was the manager. He initially said no, then he said yes and said his name was Jerry. I informed him that i did not see anything stating no dogs allowed except for a no for or drink sign. My son was crying because he couldn't play. He wouldn't even let me wait outside with the dog while my son played. I had a horrible experience at this place. No resolution was ever attempted by this "manager." read more

My kids are absolutely in love with the indoor mall jungle gym! They give you about an hours worth of playtime for the kids for a really reasonable price! I also absolutely love the fact that they wipe down the play areas between play times! That's a big bonus!! Would have been a 3-4star if more accessible to siblings who want to play together that weigh under 150lbs versus height requirements. Since having daughter's birthday her in March 2018 the place has broken equipment that my kids love to swing on. And her older sister can no longer play with her since she is a 1/2" too tall. A very small pirate ship toddler slide might be a new addition. Kids can make any environment fun and since my children played for almost 2hours I was gonna give Safari a 3star minimum review. Until I saw the paint and maintenance stuff tucked inside the play area with a paint can lid hardly sealed, if not sealed at all. read more

Took my 2 year old daughter here. Freaking amazing!!!! We went first thing in the morning on a Sunday and it wasn't too busy yet! She had a blast! They have a ball pit that she absolutely loved. In addition to that, it has a trampoline, a zip line, tea cups, swings, slides, and much more! I live in West Seattle but this place is def worth the drive and better than any other play space I've been to yet. Busy busy busy! But then again what "play area" for children isn't really? Price is a little expensive for it being in Tukwila. But still better than Seattle or Bellevue. It was a total of roughly $25 and some change for two kids + tax. Staff was trying their best to take care of kids who weren't following the rules. Which was an added bonus. Because it only takes one child who isn't disciplined to ruin it for everyone else. There was even a child at one point who wasn't able to find their mother? So staff was trying to find the mother on top of screaming at an additional group of kids who wouldn't stop running around the place, knocking over other kids. We were only here for a couple hours and a few incidents happened. The place is great, the staff great, the toys are built well, and it got the seal of approval from our boys! How do we know? Because neither one of our kids was ready to go home! Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I feel like there should be something done to hold the parents/guardians more responsible/accountable for their children. Sort of like a "warning system" like 1,2,3 and you're out type of deal. We have been coming here since it reopened from COVID and we had never had an issue with both parents coming in and only paying for the parent that would be playing with our child. The place only had about 2 - 3 children playing so I would understand if it would be at its busiest (even on the busiest days where you can't even walk because of how many children there is we had never been informed of this 'rule' and never had an issue with dad and mom both coming in with only one paying ) this was honestly a disappointed because it was family day and due to this we were unable to spend it as such. This place is a great place for kids to play and it safe. But unfortunately my daughter got sick when we left the playground, cause the other kids came inside and I heard they are coughing bad. But the staff still let them in to play and the rules are their, they are not follow this guidelines. So my daughter started coughing like 30min when we left. Until now she is having bad cough and wheezing and started to have fever. So my advise is if you enter the playground and their are kids coughing up a storm and they don't have mask on let the staff know or leave and ask the staff for a refund or a credit because obviously they are not doing their job correctly and now my daughter been in the ER twice for this coughing it really annoying to see my kid get sick. Fun new play place for kids in the mall.. for me it's one step below playtorium in factoria... the kids toddler area only had some toys on the wall, caterpillar crawl and some blocks. I thought it was priced pretty high too.. 14.99 for first kid and 9.99 for the second. One of the things I didn't like was the placement of the play structure. You are only able to walk on the left side where most of the other play places allow you to walk the entire structure to find your kid if needed. All in all, A-ok place. read more

My kids really love it here. It has a lot of different things they can do. It's a little pricier than most indoor playgrounds in the southend, but my kids love it. For both children on a Saturday, we paid a little over $27 total with tax. There is one thing I would really like to suggest to management. The toddler's area has an upstairs where kids can play with blocks. My son is almost 2 years old and he slipped and fell down the stairs before. There is no sand tape to help with traction on the stairs which I think should really be placed since socks are required on the playground. We were there again last week and another toddler was trying to come down and slipped, and I just happened to be standing there and caught him. His dad was there, but was helping his other toddler. Management, if you read this, please consider adding some kind of traction on your stairs and any other places on the playground where children can easily slip and fall. read more

The only reason I give this place two out of five stars is because they do keep it very clean but their prices are really high compared to other indoor play grounds the other reason I don't give it more stars is because the staff is very strict on their pricing. for example, I have a two-year-old and a five year old-my five year old I paid $18 for on a Sunday and then my son was asleep in his stroller. when he woke up and we only had about 25 minutes left out of the two hours that we paid for they wanted to charge me full price for my son to play for 25 minutes. When I said I wanted to speak to a manager the manager said she would take 10% off which seemed still too much to pay for only 25 minutes left, so their prices and their behavior seem a little uncompromising for the situation when they're making plenty of money per child! read more
