David and his crew started off with one of our rental properties in Tacoma, they did a fantastic job. NJ Roofing has fair pricing, for the quality of materials, expertise and craftsmanship, they should definitely charge more. The saying, you get what you pay for, not so true! Our company had another bid from a contractor that installed a brand new roof on our new construction project, they were one of the higher bids and the roof looks and craftsmanship is terrible. David and his crew replaced a roof next door on one of our existing buildings and the material quality is superior, the installation is flawless in my opinion and you can see where his expertise and knowledge is a factor. Everything has flashing over all exposed wood cuts, the water drains to the proper areas, valleys and off the roof. David is a communicator which is invaluable. I knew every step of the way his thoughts, plans, schedule, etc. When he came out to inspect the roof, he walked the entire 10,000 sq ft with me and pointed out and explained what and why he was doing but always gave me the choice. This project took 5 days to remove and replace. They cleaned up daily, covered all exposed portions of the decking and I could go on and on. i needed a decent size repair on my roof due to some large tree branch's falling on it this winter. i had heard about David, and NJ roofing through a family friend that had her roof replaced by them. I quickly found them on google after a quick search made easy thanks to them being google verified. David was very respectful, and well informed, he got out to my house within the week, inspected the damages on my roof, then wrote up an estimate and went over it with me thoroughly.
