I don't know where to even begin with how awesome & caring the Ninjas are. I know care from a gutter cleaning company may seem strange, but it's made me a customer for life. After the very unexpected loss of my fiancé this year, I was in need of assistance with cleaning my roof & gutters. They had someone out & everything seemed fine. Then a few weeks later we had a lot of rain. It was so much so that my gutters were overflowing and I didn't know what to do. Not only did they send Isaiah out right away to ensure everything was ok, but he truly went above & beyond. He was so professional & courteous & he even cleaned up some debris in my yard that was not related to his work & secured a gutter to the house. He even extended his sympathy to me for my loss. I cannot put into words what this meant to me and the gesture by the owner to not charge me for the additional service help. Jason did a great job! He adjusted his service from initial quote when I changed my mind without any problem whatsoever. He was easy to work with, kept his word, and he did excellent and thorough work. I had him clean my gutters and all windows outside. His prices were totally reasonable. He was located close to my home. I highly recommend him and will use him again and again as long as he will come back to me!! It's hard to find a good contractor for home maintenance projects. He was willing to do all my power washing but I decided to wait on that project for one more year since it didn't really need it quite yet but will need a good and thorough cleaning next spring and that will be the time to invest in the expense. Jason did an exceptional job of cleaning the roof, gutters, and windows on my house. I appreciate that He used padded stabilizer bars to avoid damaging the house paint and gutters. He went over and above my job scope expectation when he unclogged two downspouts and reseated several gutter spikes that had worked themselves loose. This repair was not something I could have noticed from the ground, but is crucial in preventing rainwater and moisture damage. I felt that he was straight -forward about pricing, honest about what my home needed, and punctual. The Ninja team is great! We have had moss removed and cleaned off our roof, and treated so that the moss does not come back for months. The job was done really well, and our roof looked great. We didn't even have a hint of moss for many months, and on our roof that is like a miracle. Loved having the Ninja's install our Christmas lights this year. It was so simple, no getting out the lights, untangling, and getting up on the roof. All the hassle is taken care of by the Ninja's and they did a great job. Isaiah arrived on time, explained exactly what he was going to preform. I have a 2 story house and on my overhang over the garage there was moss. So I scheduled a full roof cleaning. He advised me that the full roof had no moss on it, so it did not need to be cleaned. Just the first story overhang so he adjusted the price! Talk about honest work!! He cleaned my gutters and then washed my external windows. He did great work! I signed up to have my gutters cleaned twice a year so I didn't have to worry about scheduling it. And if I want to add additional services I will just call. Definitely recommend them. read more

Then in came Jason who was highly recommended by our Next Door app. He tackled the job with such a positive attitude. He worked his fingers to the bone for almost nine hours! On-time & efficient, fast & friendly, safe & skillful. Window and Gutter Cleaning Ninjas did an fantastic job of removing the moss from our roofs, clearing out our gutters, and cleaning up afterward. We were so pleased with the work, we got set up for maintenance visits every 6 months to keep our roofs clean and healthy, protecting our investment. (Kinda like dental check-ups, but without having to brush and floss between appointments.) If your house has a roof, you should get a ninja up there. read more

Jason was on time, worked his butt off in the rain with the cleaning of our roof and was honest that it was not the best day to apply zinc to kill future mold on our roof because it would just wash off--he returned the following week to finish up on a better day for the application. He shared with us about some issues we would want to address with out older gutters. We have been using this company for a couple of years and we are very pleased. They have expanded their services for outdoor projects such as moss treatment to the roof and cleaning gutters etc. I like their new system for the windows outside. They use a filtering system which removes the minerals from the water. Our windows have never been so clean! read more
