I moved into a house with an older pool and called them to have our liner replaced. Everything was explained to me up front and accounted for, the work was done quickly and professionally. Luis was able to predict all possible scenarios and fix all of our issues. He really wanted to see the job go well and didn't want to nickel and dime us. Our pool needed a lot of work and this company was there to help us every step of the way. We had other issues with different parts of the pool leaking and they were able to fix all of it. Most other companies would have said this was our issue and walked away, but Luis insisted on helping is get to the bottom of all of it. You just don't get service like that anymore. It felt more like a friend helping me get the problems fixed. If I could give them 20 stars I would.

Our situation was worse then expected and Pool Bros lived up to their reputation walking us through each problem we had. The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole. From David who told us exactly what we needed to purchase, to Chris the service tech and Dan who called to explain the situation, Pool Bros are miracle workers. Chris was cool calm and collected through the whole pool opening experience, assuring us it was going to be ok and he did, in fact, open the pool despite the multiple obstacles that he encountered. They identified plumbing issues and recommended that I pay to have the plumbing redone. I followed their recommendation and paid the additional cost. Yet the leaks that were part of the reason for addressing the plumbing still weren't resolved, and I was then faced with attempts to charge me even more. I have no problem paying for legitimate repairs that are clearly outside a maintenance contract. My problem is paying $3,098 for complete seasonal maintenance, approving additional work they recommended, and still repeatedly being presented with more charges while the underlying issues remain. For anyone considering them, my advice is simple: get every detail in writing and question every additional charge before approving anything. They got me this season. Never again. Stay away.

Not terrible, and the pool looked good all season- no major outbreaks. They forgot to empty both skimmers a few times, which is always frustrating. I will say, then the pump broke they identified the problems and replaced it 1-2-3. No issues after that. My big problem was opening was over $600, and closing was almost $500. They didn't tie the cover to the side like they should have, so I had no call and wait for them to come out again to fix that. I won't use them again this year- still looking.

Not the cheapest but as a long time customer definitely the best value. They are honest, they don't try to sell you anything you don't need and they steered us towards the best products available (yes, nothing lasts like it did 20 years ago). They are a family business, Sean, Bob's cousin, is very knowledgeable about swimming pools and usually did our openings and closings. If you're looking for a smaller old school family run business look no farther than Bob's Pool Service. I wish they'd relocate down here so we could use them again!

If you have a leak they don't give up until they find the source. They get the job done right! Bob and his son Mitch are experts and their team (Jeremy & Adam) were so pleasant to deal with. After pool opening however they didn't come back to pick up a pool cover for fixing (though it is included in their service). They never return calls. After a month of trying to call thru and a few messages on their answering machine, they claim that they have never got any messages and rudely suggest that if somebody doesn't like their 'wonderful' service they are free to switch. Well this sounds like a good plan.

The price Levco gave was around the same as other places but I gave them my business because the of their customer service. I appreciated that they called me back and actually came to measure my pool vs asking me to do it myself and send pictures. I liked that they sent a text when their service techs were on the way, however I wish I knew that sooner because I was waiting most of the day for them to come. They also closed our pool and overall happy with the professionalism of their crew.
