Some responded and were not so professional. Others did not respond. But, Tax Worx responded fast, and were professional. This was all over FB messenger. We were able to get an appointment very quickly. When we walked in we were greeted warmly. Tracy was amazing. She laughed with us, and worked through with us the whole time. We did have to bring our two kiddos with us. That say quietly and she was very kind about having them there. Now, I would not recommend taking kiddos of they are not quiet or constantly interrupting. Because you will need to stay focused as they may have questions. In the end I highly recommend this location and I recommend Tracy.

So, you may not go to Yelp to find a business that does things like custom research for business,…read morebut I go to Yelp for everything, and when I realized today local research shop Evolve didn't have any reviews yet, I just had to be their first. What, you may ask, does a company like this do? Well, I met them today at a board meeting for a non-profit I'm involved with, and they were delivering a detailed report on how the non-profit was viewed: by partner agencies and stakeholders, by employees, and by clients. It was a lot of information, that came from a metric ton of research. But the info was delivered in such an easy-to-understand, concise, clear method, I think everyone in the meeting grasped not just the overall findings, but even really nuanced concepts that were discovered in the research. I did a little *research* of my own and found they do a ton of different stuff: website usability testing, advertising and message testing, data visualization, competitive analysis, ROI analysis, awareness and customer satisfaction, and employee and customer loyalty. Beyond beta testing for Yelp from time to time, and a deep LOVE of data visualization, I probably can't relate to a lot of what they do. I rarely (if ever?) have any use in my life to commission any research. But, I do often get asked by small business owners for resources like customer loyalty and satisfaction, so I hope I can send them some business someday. And, maybe some of the other non-profits I work with may need them too in the future. Just another cool group of smart people doing good work in Oklahoma!
