Putting a new furnaces is a highly distracted Consumer experience And with the amount of money involved the contractor should be taking this responsibility. I tried to give him more business but I was just treated like they treat everybody else so I had to go to a different contractor. It's hard to get good info but people should check BBB and check datcp State of Wisconsin consumer protection. That's about all you can do because just about everybody's out to screw you one way or the other. You know unless you know somebody personally.

I told my new contractor about not getting a quote from 1 company without naming this company. He said to me Would that be JC Hvac? I said yes. He said you wouldn't believe how many other customers tell me they never got their quotes either after Jason showed up. So obviously JC Hvac has enough business without quoting new jobs. I got a better idea. How about not wasting my time and others when you have no intention of doing the job or providing a quote?
