I called Perfection's number off the website and Jeremy answered right away. He said he could stop by in about 20 minutes and he arrived promptly. He was very nice and professional. He found the issue, the flame sensor and explained to me that it had build up on it and he could fix it with no problem. We had heat! He also cleaned the furnace and gave it a thorough inspection. I asked him a few questions I had about the furnace and he told me everything I needed to know regarding the age of it and what overall condition it was in. He really took his time and he has us as a customer for all our HVAC needs in the future. I already told him to schedule us for the Air Conditioning servicing. Plus he installed a new thermostat too!
