I originally posted a review but took it down to give myself a little more time to reflect on the entire horrible experience I had renting from Nicole Christopherson, owner of NMC reality. from Nicole Christopherson wasn't over reacti or in the wrong and situation and problems we had at 222 Valley View Terrace Mission Viejo, CA 92692. and it was pne of my biggest regrets. That townhouse is outdated, has leaks all over and different molds throughout the entire townhouse. They have termites all over and they are eating away at the garage and patio. It's gross. The cub boards felt like they hadn't been cleaned in years they were so sticky and gross. Nothing like what the pictures looked like. Luckily I took my own pictures the day we moved in because I was warned Nicole was shady and would get to keep my entire deposit no matter what. I know all the renter laws in California and she broke too many to count. But she doesn't care. She grew up in Huntington close to Westminster, dead give away is that awful blonde die job she put on her website!?? Still confused how she thought that looked good. Anyways, Nicole M Christopherson is very shady and narcissistic. She didn't grow up in Coto. No one has heard of her. She is from Huntington Beach so if you're looking for a house and a realtor that'll get you the best deal don't go to Nicole. She won't return any items hat she wold t allow us to take. She didn't pay for the sliding glass door that shattered and cost us about $600. She is legally supposed to pay for that and still she has not mentioned one word, hasn't responded to my request for her to reimburse us but like a coward she called the cops the day we moved because she knew she was wrong and firm want to be embarrassed. We moved even though we DIDN'T have to move because her paperwork was all messed up and lies but we couldn't stand the place and how gross the cupboards and how outdated and falling apart it was and it was miserable. Go somewhere else more experienced. And beware of 222 Valley View Terrace. Packages always stollen, trash and poop on drive way along with mice and bed bugs! read more
