I had called him one time asking a question to confirm the escrow number for the wire of my deposit and he rudely answered me when it was not clear on the document. He would also not answer my email questions and seemed to only care about getting his job done or what he needed. I was in an escrow that cancelled very early close to after wiring the deposit and not much had happened yet from the escrow side. I was very ticked off when I saw a proposed $450 escrow fee taken out of my deposit when all they did was receive a deposit and start their escrow process internally. It seemed like they wanted to hold my deposit hostage to charge a high fee to cover their 'admin work.' After getting no response from this worker again and running it by the real estate agent, I called in and Patsy knew what was going on with this file and even though frustrated, she agreed to pay back the full deposit in this situation. I feel that Patsy is sharp, experienced and fair when it comes to people. I could also tell that she works hard to prevent any wires being sent to a scammer/wrong person. Thank you.

He seemed nice and respectful during it. However, right after, he said he had to turn us down because he's too busy and he just signed up some new clients. If he had let us know earlier that he was too busy to take us, that would have been completely understandable. However, he did it in such unprofessional way where it just wasted my agent's time.

There is also clear inconsistency in how responsibilities are enforced--areas defined as common spaces suddenly become homeowner responsibilities when problems arise, while homeowners are prohibited from taking any action in those same spaces. Overall, communication is poor, clarification is nonexistent, and the management company does not effectively serve as a bridge between the board and homeowners.
