I left a review about a year ago where my packages had not been scanned and therefore, were not…read moredelivered. I ship via UPS and FedEx EVERYDAY, so I'm not new to the process. LOST PACKAGE HAS HAPPENED AGAIN. My package was scanned this time (because I scanned it at the self-serve kiosk), but it never made it to its destination. When I go to the UPS counter today-- after waiting a full 30 minutes because the store was so busy and so few workers actually helping customers-- the counter guy stated that I would have to call UPS myself to find the package, as there was nothing they could do. What a way to transfer responsibility. Of course, I have to do it. What's next? Will I need to drive the truck? But I've learned my lesson. I won't be visiting THIS LOCATION again.
