Amazing! By far the best massage in town. Cai is amazing and I leave feeling lighter, relaxed and can't wait to see her again the next time.

Jessica listened to my concerns and we decided to do a 45 minute table massage that focused just on my neck and shoulders.

We both requested the hard pressure. Full body massage with hot stones, hand masks, massage oil, face mask, post massage waters and candles. Joy and Fiona were our masseuses and they were fantastic. We felt they were knowledgeable and knew where and how to work at all of our knots. Everyone was so nice and the massage spa itself is very clean, quiet, and tidy. The prices and services offered are fantastic and there's easy parking in the plaza. I would 100% recommend going to Sunshine Therapy Spa and we can't wait to come back again.

I booked a deep tissue massage for two hours and it included a face, hand and foot mask. I was pleasantly sore for days afterwards, but I had a significant range of motion return this place is very no-frills. You're not gonna get the whole ambience of some of the other high-end establishments that are all about the looks, but barely release the muscle knots. I would definitely come back here again and I recommend this for someone facing extreme tension , sports medicine or deep tissue massage.

I last saw Dr. Chung for insomnia and a kidney stone on my left side. Her bedside manner is very kind and concise. She always explains to me in her very strong accent exactly where the root of my pain is--sometimes it's not where you think which is really cool. Oh! If you have trouble understanding her accent just go with it she knows what she's talking about! Dr. Chung first gave me a massage which focused on pressure points and loosening me up. Don't expect a traditional western massage when coming here. Dr. Chung is an authentic Chinese practitioner so her techniques are in line w/ that. If it hurts a little that's a good thing that's where your problem area is so no pain no gain. After the massage Dr. Chung administered acupuncture to to my legs and stomach w/ tiny needles that didn't hurt at all. She added little electrodes from an acupuncture machine which fortified the treatment and in her words "stimulate the cells" for repair. For my kidney stone she gave me a one month supply of chinese herbs for a reasonable price. I drink them once a day and she even gave me a sample to taste. It tasted so good like chocolate milk. I think she said the herbs also cured one of her patients' gallbladder issues. Again, this is an authentic Chinese practitioner don't come in expecting western techniques. Dr. Chung knows what she's doing as long as you relax, trust the process, and let her work her magic!

Then I was given a 2 week supply of herbs she didn't want to disclose the ingredients or have labels. Charged $300 for them for a total of 450. Then I was finally able to get the list of 'herbs' from her and consulted with other Chinese medicine practitioners and they verified paying anything over $100 for them would be over paying. Ultimately I was charged triple what they were worth. Definitely won't be going back

Feifei doesn't just treat the problem her goal is to get you back to optimal health. This requires a deep commitment and often times a major lifestyle change. When searching for a doctor of this sort I wanted and herbalist as well and that's how I ended up here. The first person you talk to is her faithful assistant and client who drank the kool aid. She was pleasant and instilled confidence in my decision to go here. Sadly they are closed on Tuesday and Thursdays. You can't be treated on an empty stomach just an fyi. The next thing is that you will get told frankly and honestly about what needs to happen which I appreciate. This was not just a doctors visit it was a learning experience. After talking to the doctor you agree on a treatment plan and you get a nice half hour to chill out while the needles do their thing and the doc mixes up a batch of herbs for you. I was expecting a tea to brew but these were actually a powder. I came in with several issues the most pressing of which would take about 4 months to resolve. But in the meantime I also had an ear ache and soar throat which was treated through acupuncture as well. I felt better at the time then worse when I left also my ear was nicked a bit and had a bloody mark. Took a Claritin when I got home and felt better again. I might have been down for the count but am certain that the acupuncture helped prevent it. Although the goal is overall wellness this is a major commitment both lifestyle and diet not to mention the cost. Ultimately you need to decide what price your willing to pay for health and when and how you wish to achieve it. Sadly after having spent quite a bit of $$$ I realized I'm not at a place in my life where I can commit to this as I ought to. While I would pursue the acupuncture it's quite a far away commute for me.
