This business, now called EVA nails and Spa is definitely the business we attended. the person in the station directly to the left of the reception desk told us her name was May or Mai. she was the worst nail tech I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. she did a horrible job on my elderly mom's manicure and even told us we should never bring her back for a manicure because she couldn't sit up straight enough to suit her. I hope many people read this review and decide not to patronize this business. read more

Same address and most likely same owners as Eva Salon and Spa. Last time I drove by they are remodeling and probably changing their name again. Worst gel manicure ever. Sloppy, gel stuck to my skin, polish on skin and nail. See pictures. Pics taken day of manicure. Gel lasted from Tuesday and started peeling Sunday. I've been doing my nails for a long time and have never come across this problem. This place is terrible. Beware of name changes. Very unprofessional and I will never go back. Never even touched or trimmed my cuticles. Absolutely no lotion or oils of any kind were used. I was not ask if I wanted my nails rounded or blunt. I got straight chellac - no design or special art at all. I did have one hand painted pink and the other red. They charged me an extra 6 dollars because they used two colors. I can understand extra charge for designs. Doing each hand in a different color takes the same amount of polish and time as doing both hands the same color. read more

I went here to get my nails done the day before my wedding. We were rushed in and when I was seated with the nail technician, Cindy, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said she could do it no problem. While getting my nails done, Cindy did not speak to me at all. She was on her cell phone the whole time, while she was doing my nails, mind you. I've gotten ombré nails done a dozen times and never before have I had them sponged on. The nails turned out a disaster and I left in tears. Last week I walked in to see if someone could do my nails. A girl name Cindy took me immediately she was on a speaker phone talking in her language and the whole 15-20 mins I was there she stayed on phone. She sanded my polish off did NOT use alcohol on my nails, DIDNOT have me wash hands and she polish gel on my nails, she only had my hand under light for few seconds, polished nails fast, so each hand didn't stay under light even 30 sec. then I showed her where she missed side on nail, so she took color put on that and put under light 10 sec or less, put a dab of oil on nails, no alcohol wipe ,put a small dot of hand cream of her hands ,rubbed her hands together and put on mine. She said your nails will last 3 weeks, two days later I walked in as one nail already chipped, she fixed it in less than 2 minutes same procedure as first time, Rude, only this time she wasn't on phone, I said you said this would last 3 weeks, she gave me a look like she never said that. Didn't say anything just got up walked away. I wouldn't never go back or recommend it to anyone else. At least NOT HER!!! Now I am wondering if I am going to get infection, so I am paying to go to a good place and have these taken off. Since when do you do all this kind of behavior and keep a job!!! read more

This is the absolute WORST nail place ever! Now Eva nail n spa. It is quite possibly the filthiest salon I have ever been in. The staff are ridiculously rude, especially if you appear young- they didn't even acknowledge my college aged daughter after she said hello, but when I walked in after they asked what I needed. I declined to have any services done because of how dirty the place is- my daughter elected to stay and had the WORST nail job ever- it looked like a 5 year old did her dipped nails. Stay away! One of the worst pedicures I have ever received. Barely a whirlpool in the foot tub, no scrubbing of heels or cream applicator to feet. The male attendant was rude, pushy and it would sure help if at least one person spoke english. I also had a gel manicure that was better altho had to return after I left as the finish coat had never been applied to the one thumb. Come to find out when I checked my charge this morning I was overcharged $4.00. Would never go back. read more

Very upset with my experience here so far! I took my mom to get our nails done and as soon as we walked up to the door the employees became very pushy and desperate for a customer! When I picked out the color I wanted, Cindy said it wasn't the color for me and kept picking out different colors I should do! If I pick out a color for me it's because I like the color! I could care less if Cindy liked the color! Also, she charged me $50 for two shellac even though that is their price for a complete manicure! This is not what we received! The gal who did my moms nails ( I believe she was the owner) took a 5 minute personal phone call WHILE doing her nails. This caused her to forget to do a second coat of polish on my moms right hand. My mom couldn't obviously say anything because she was still on her personal phone call. Not once did she smile or check the nails over she was also very rough! After paying way over what we were told. Cindy then stood there for a tip I did not think she deserved not the other gal! She gave me a horrible look when I told my mom no! Two days later and my nails are already peeling and they have bubbles in them! Very unhappy with Eva's nails! They will not be getting our business again! read more

Now renamed "Eva's Nails". Terrible salon. The guy messed up my nails and while they were drying (which he didn't even turn on the fan) he just got up and left the salon and I sat there waiting for 15 minutes and was going to ask him to fix them but he never came back. I had to go back the next to get them fixed and if it hadn't been for the fact that there are no refunds I would've gotten them fixed somewhere else. I was a customer here for years. I went in to get my fill and they looked awful. When I went back in he "filed" them to make them look better and ruined two of them. Wouldn't repaint them without me paying even though they were responsible for them looking bad. I will not be returning. read more

I've been here several times now and I've always left happy. This is now my regular pedicure spot.

This place is horrible. She cut my cuticles didn't look professional at all. I asked for a design and it looked like my five year old son painted it on there, and they got mad at me for not liking it. Horrible customer service, will never go back! read more
