After 2 No shows of companies contracted out and an approved company called One Way Heating and Air, who in my opinion tried to pull a fast one on us. Said we needed a pull and clean which would run 850.00, HCW denied it saying it was a maintenance issue. We called Aztech who found the problem right away. They put in a new contactor and didn't charge for the part til they were for sure it was the problem. Who does that? Our A/C has been working great ever since. That company quoted me $13,200 to replace the entire system. Fast forward to my experience with Billy Black. The first time I called I spoke to Billy, just a down-to-earth guy. Billy sent his technician Jake to give me a second opinion. Both Billy and Jake are true professionals. It's clear these guys operate on honesty and integrity. Jake used an electronic device to sniff our entire system. He could not find a leak. We did end up replacing condenser fan motor and topping off the system. I went from $13,200 with the other company to a few hundred with Billy Black. From now on, Billy will be my first phone call.

We now have a "new" unit that we paid full price for that has replacement parts and does not have the manufactures label or serial number on the unit. The whole process was a circus and completely not worth the headache. Only positive was installer was nice. Highly recommend using another company that cares about their customers a little more and takes care of business much better.

She was extremely nice & very professional. She scheduled the repair & followed up multiple times to make sure everything was going accordingly. From scheduling to repair everything ran smoothly. Logan F. & Candice S. were the ones assigned to fix the leak. Logan's work is nothing short of the highest quality. They repaired the leaks, cleaned up after themselves and did it with a smile. Both Logan and Candice are a great examples of how amazing employees should represent a company. I am amazed at the competency this company and their employees represent. The repairman was at our house until after 9 o'clock at night and he did a wonderful job repairing our system. We also had mold growing in the unit and they cleaned that out and disinfected it with a product that will keep it from growing back. The office staff was amazing to speak with. They were so sweet and professional. The techs that came out were very respectful and answered all my questions and did wonderful work! I would recommend them to anyone who needed air conditioning/heating work! Great company!
