The owner walked the property and made grand promises about quality and reassured me over and over that things would be done properly. Well, he lied and took almost $6,000 for the terrible work. 1. Elf's was supposed to come back to reseed 4 weeks after the first seeding. They never came back - even after numerous calls. 2. All 5 plants that they put in our yard died and did not grow back this spring. 3. They did not cover all the areas with black plastic / fabric like they promised. We now have weeds coming through all rock areas. This section of work alone cost $1800 and looks disgraceful 4. Elf's never returns our calls and my mother is devastated with the quality of work. These people should be ashamed of their 'SCAM". They are nothing but dishonest crooks! DO NOT USE ELF'S!!!
