The anesthesia doctors seemed great although from the moment I was put out I have no clue what went on. Evidently the surgeon and I had a conversation about what music to listen to during my surgery, he said we picked hip hop? Dont remember! My recovery has been swift. Only five days later and my wife and I went to breakfast. Im looking at only missing two weeks! Thanks to everyone who assisted in my surgery and recovery. I also want to mention. Austin Stoker who was nice and he was a familiar face at a time I was pretty nervous. Thank you Dr. Hallare and staff.

Just me sitting here while Kaiser pretends my time isn't worth anything. And let me make something VERY clear: I pay GOOD money for this care. Sometimes, on Wed/thu/fri around 1pm-3pm is pretty fast- wait time under 30 min. Do not schedule appointments around 9:30-10:30am that's probably the worst. Staff is Ok, not rude but not very pleasant either- decent. Dr Joyner is great, he knows what he's doing, and he takes the time to ask how's it going and if you have questions, unlike some doctors. Joy Ignacio, she really lives up to her low ratings. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe my visit will be better, but nope, I was wrong. I knew there was a suspicious reason why she was the only pcp who had more open appointment availabilities than others, because no one wants her due to her bad ratings.. First, she was 2 hours late to the appointment. I brought up a very common issue but she didn't know what it was and referred me to a specialist and didn't wanna do her job. I told her I just need the medication, and how another pcp I saw from my home town was able to prescribe it to me, but I declined it at that time. Now that I need the medication and asked for it, she said I should just go back to my old pcp then... I had to find another pcp at a different clinic, and my new pcp was able to prescribe this medication to me without any issue. Also, this clinic's patient registration form is almost 30 pages long. Took me half an hour to fill out. Never in my life have I had to do this much for a registration form before. Then they verbally ask you the same questions over again later when they take you in, like what's the point of making me fill all that out if you're not going to look at it and ask me all over again.

The only issue I mainly have has been doctors don't seem to stay here for long. And it's not only this location, I've been to two other locations, but the same issue. It's quite frustrating once you get used to having one doctor, and you go back and that doctor is no longer there. When it comes to the type of care. I've only gone for the medical, although they have dental care. My overall experience I would say has been great. I just wish the doctors wouldn't be changing out like that. Messages sent days in advance are routinely ignored until the final hour before clinic closure, often immediately before weekends or scheduled time off, effectively preventing any follow-up or clarification. Appointments are equally frustrating. Direct questions go unanswered, explanations are vague or nonexistent, and visits end without confirming understanding or addressing the actual reason for the appointment. He talks at length without listening, then abruptly disengages. This is not a single bad interaction. It is a repeated pattern that interfered with my ability to manage my care and make informed decisions. Timely communication and basic attentiveness are minimum standards in medicine. Based on my experience, Dr. Ventocilla does not meet them. I would strongly advise patients to seek care elsewhere.

First Angelic said they never got the referral from my doctor even though my doctor confirmed the referral and I saw it with my owns eyes. Now since it's been so long, I need xrays. I got xrays in the ER when it happened. I simply asked for them to monitor her phone calls and she hung up the phone. Every time I call back to set an appointment Angelic hangs up the phone. For over a week, I called simply to confirm whether an urgent authorization was received or being reviewed. Instead of providing a straightforward answer, I was treated as if I were asking for something unreasonable. I was given incorrect information twice, which directly (and purposefully?) delayed necessary care. On Christmas Eve, I was told they could not assist me because they were closing and was made to feel like I was an inconvenience for even asking a simple question. The tone was rude, curt, and completely lacking in compassion. Honestly, their behavior has put my loved one's life in danger and we will be changing plans as soon as possible. Beware.
