After inspecting the auto my friend returned, and telling her it was ok, they called later to say she damaged the underside. I was with her, and this simply is not true. She chose this car rental because she is visiting from out of state, and visiting friends all on a fixed income. They not only kept the $200 deposit, but drained my friend's bank account of $300 more which is everything she had, via her debit card. Don't rent from here unless you want a vehicle with no brake fluid or coolant in the reservoir and a busted headlight. I got the vehicle to go out of town for a funeral, to which they were aware. Come night, u can't see with the headlights already but one of the bulbs was blown. So while 3.5 hours away. They wanted me to bring it back for service. That would mean I'd have to take a 6 hour round trip when you're only allowed 100 miles per day. Nor would it of made it that far with no brake fluid or coolant. So I called and told the owner this and sais is purchase it, he could take it off the my next week rental or this week. Hes said. "Ok, ok" and i figured everything was fine. Get back, they wouldn't rent to me another week due to insurance. I have liability not full coverage which I can understand the whole car liable part. So I returned the car left. No only did I waste $60 on the car to run without issues, they charged me $50 for not having insurance. I have liability and it's no where in the contract stating such a charge but the owner actually argued with me that I didn't have liability. Which I can prove I did. Long story short, don't waste your time. Avis and budget both offer good weekly rates and if u go through priceline. Insurance is only $13 away. Deposits only $200. Which I wish I rather had done. So done bother unless you want extra " non disclosed" charges and a lie. Its mot worth the $199 a week which is actually a lie also. They have only one car for that price which is never there. read more

Terrible people. Scammers. I rented a car for 3 days, they didn't say anything about me not being able to have my short haired dachshund in the car. I return the car cleaner than it was, when I got it it was pretty dirty there was trash under the seats, etc. they said you're good to go! Only to find out they charge me $100 for having a small dog in the car. They didn't even tell me. Would never rent from them again terrible company. I returned the car cleaner than it was they said there was hair in the car when my dachshund does not shed and is hypoallergenic. Scam people. Will not rent again. Was planning on renting a car for a week and I'll definitely be going elsewhere. read more

We rented a Nissan versa and nothing was wrong except for under the front grill that was bent. We returned the car and the guy checked out the car saying no problem you can go. Four hours later we were accused of bending that front grill that's all the way under the front of the car. The same grill that was bent when we took it. The guy was screaming on the phone and kept the deposit then went into the account of my girlfriend that rented the car, took the $200.00 deposit and took another $500.00. This place does not offer insurance and blames people that do not live in the state for damages. Both owners are scammers therefore, please do not rent from them. Yelp, please take them off your list because this was reported to the police and my girlfriend will get her money back. They are scammers. Please do not rent a car from them because you will get blamed for damages that have been there under the car. read more
