The Jump was great! The website advertisement is not accurate and the staff was arrogant and extremely non personable. The jump suits in the web advertisement looked clean with vibrant colors unlike the ugly dirty brown ones you really wear. The customer waiting area was empty and I didn't see a TV like the web ad suggested. If it was there the staff certainly didn't make anyone know this area was for customers. Pool table...well that's were the staff was playing when we arrived but it was never indicated it was available for guest. The 2 jump guys were arrogant jerks. The older guy would not answer me when I asked how many jumps he made and kept making jesters to the young arrogant jerk when I was talking to my daughter during the flight up. Everything about the staff was ridiculous rude. No one took into consideration that most people have never jumped from a perfectly good plane before. They told me I should leave my wallet on the picnic table were you signed all the paperwork and that it would be safe. Being that no one else was there I took their suggestion. After landing I was surprised to 6 newly arrived guest all sitting at the table were my wallet was laying. I should have know better! The jump was wonderful! I went from total fear to total amazement within 10 seconds of the jump. After we landed I asked about purchasing a TShirt only to be total..."we don't sell anything". No Limits Skydiving needs to clean up their act! I talked to someone else that had a similar experience except she said the young guy would not stop hitting on her. Just finished my fist sky dive and my experience was horrible at no limits skydive!!! Everything was going well at first. Then when it was our turn to put our harness on, an other instructor pointed out that that the way he was donning my harness wasn't the right way and that the back straps should be tightened first. Then my instructor proceed to say " oh it's fine she'll be ok." so hearing that I instead that he check and how hearing that didn't sit well with me. Then they began to say that I was complaining and that someone was bitching. Because of these assholes my skydiving experience wasn't nearly as wonderful and fun as I hoped it'd be. And never again well i choose a place where they have a non-refundable policy. read more

The last review from 2011 is funny because the instructors did like to mess with my wife while she was getting ready as they like to joke around. We found they were wonderful to deal with and seemed to be experienced. My wife wants to go back to do this again. We found that they are reasonably priced. I did get the video package (not the pics) as I was taken some pics of her on the ground before and after. Great time - recommend - #bucketlist read more

What a terrible experience! First off the owner is extremely rude and cursed continuously (not out of anger, that is just how he spoke, like an 18 year old adolescent, not the type of person I want to trust with my life) as he spoke while on the phone. He acted like me calling to book our skydive was an inconvenience to him. But, I thought the price was right so I booked anyways, BIG MISTAKE. On the day we showed up to skydive the owner I spoke to on the phone was the guy who was taking us up to go skydiving. There was two of us who were going to jump and he said on the phone that we could both jump out of the plane together but it was only him taking people up so he told us we had to go one at a time and pretty much had the attitude that this was just "too bad for us". The actual skydive was obviously amazing but the rudeness and careless attitude towards us, the customers, left a bad taste in my mouth and really irritated me. Go with a different skydive location and pay a little more money to actually get quality people who are in charge of your life while you skydive! read more
