When we walked in Annie was our salesperson and she was very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and helped us pick out our carpet. Raymond was our carpet installer and he is very experienced. He's been working there for 7 years but he's been laying down carpet for 12 or more years. He did a great job. He was nice, professional and didn't leave a mess when he was done. I like that Raymond was only the carpet guy because that means they're not just letting the tile guy or the granite guy do the carpet too like some of the other places. It's not just a carpet store they have lots of other stuff too so it's worth a look.

We called in to see what the delay was and were told they LOST OUR ORDER, but would get it in by that Friday (miracle of miracles.) So the parts came in last Friday, and they just sat there. It's been almost a WEEK again, and we still had not heard anything. When I called the salesman again, it was like they did not know nor care who we were. Finally, after putting us on hold, they came back and told us the part was in last Friday, so I asked when were they going to call about installation. The salesman (Mark Jordan) transferred us to voicemail for the installation department. We left our contact information. I immediately called back and asked to speak to the manager, who I was told was Larry Thibodeaux at the Greenwell Springs store (225)927-8741. When I called that number, a gentleman answered the phone and said Mr. Thibodeaux was not available, could he take a message. I gave him my first name and phone number. He then grilled me to find out who I was, because Mark had apparently tried to get ahead of the situation. When I gave him my last name, he told me he was with the installation department and was "just about to call you to set up your installation." He kept trying to get me to commit to a date, but I told him I wanted to speak with the manager first. It really is such a shame that they apparently don't care AT ALL for their customers... and they don't care if they mess up your order, or take forever doing it. TRULY, TRULY dissatisfied at this point and looking for other flooring installers. I'll see if I EVER get a call back from Larry Thibodeaux.....
