Unfortunately, I can only comment on the services I used, though I can say that in general the staff are very professional, the equipment is state-of-the-art, the clinic is clean and well-presented, and I would not hesitate to head back if I did want any of the rest. I love that it is discreet - a little tricky to find, but not somewhere that leaves you with your mother-in-law demanding to know what you had done at the cosmetic surgeon - didn't she see you going in there last Tuesday? So far, for me it's just laser hair removal, which is a step up from waxing from which you'll never look back. It's a little bit painful, and a little bit expensive, but neither negative will take away from the fact that once it's done, it's done. No more icky sticky wax, frustration with the temperamental Epilady or scars from the blunt razor. Sadly neither this clinic nor any other can address the basic limitation of laser hair removal: it won't work on blond hair or hair that is too similar in colour to your skin.

As I was still keen to have my treatment done, I was left disappointment as this was completed in such a rush. Very unprofessional environment, they conducted the treatment with the door open! Lastly, even if they knew that they made a mistake with appointment, the staff kept trying to up-sell their products! Unbelievable. Would not recommend this place ever again.

First, she asked me to text her my Groupon code. I thought that was weird but I followed her instructions. Scammers. I had an appointment for the next day. The appointment day, the spa called me to cancel my appointment arguing they were overbooked and had no immediate appointments. The woman on the phone was rude. We overbooked and she refused to even give me their address saying she had 'other things to do' and that I should 'just Google their location.' She also didn't apologize for canceling my first appointment and said that because I was a Groupon buyer I didn't get priority. Just total non-sense and lack of customer service. They don't realize it's their customers who keep them in business though Groupon. I called them several times to re-book. Finally I booked an appointment and the day of the appointment I was on my way and called them to tell them I would maybe be 10 minutes delayed. The woman called me back and said that I wasn't going to get my appointment again because they have a policy where if you are not there before 10 minutes BEFORE they cancel your appointment. I told her I was walking over and did not know what to do. That this is the second time they canceled my appointment. She then said that she was sorry but I could not use my Groupon anymore and went on to mark it as 'Redeemed.' This is FRAUD! This business is stupid, their staff is unprofessional, arrogant, and I absolutely hated dealing with them. She also said I was not qualified to get a refund because she didn't feel like it. I emailed them to get a refund. I told her I'd take her to a small claims court if she didn't refund me. She tried to email me a link to make a complaint! Haha. Can you imagine a business so closed-minded they refuse to admit they should refund you for a service you never received? Groupon ended up refunding my money back. Hopefully they discredit this fraud business.

This clinic is clean and all their equipment seems to be fairly new as well. All the staff are very friendly and they make me feel so welcome every visit. They carry mainly Environ & Dr Spiller products (and a few other brands). I feel that sometimes they are trying really hard to sell me these products ...which I dont really like. But they are good facial products with such extensive range that it caters for all different skin types/ concerns. Based on your skin, the beauticians here use different products to give you the ultimate pampering. I love how my skin can breathe again after each session! I am now a loyal customer :)
