Totally bad service, poor communication and not to be trusted... Don't waste your time or your money!!! I had a Sunday appointment at 10:30am, which she sent me a text message at 5:30 the morning of the appointment to cancel with an excuse that workers were working on her shop fixing the water and electricity. Since I live in the area, I went over to the shop several times that day during the morning and afternoon. Needless to say, there were no workers present. When I called her out on the lie, she then told me that she had family problems. Then she texted me again that the shop had no water or electricity. She couldn't even keep up with her lies and keep her stories straight. I cancelled an appointment with my accountant earlier in the week in order to attend my appointment with TD Laser. So, not only did I miss out on my treatments at TD Laser, I also missed out on the accountant booking. So I asked for a refund. She agreed to the refund but when paying out the refund, she shorted me out of $120. Of the total amount due back to me. If you are thinking of getting laser or cosmetic treatments, do yourself a favour and go someplace else other that this establishment, otherwise, you may have some regrets. Regards, RK

This is where the clinician would administer a laser over your face which treats sunspots, discolourations and fine lines. So am I happy with the results? In a word, NO. I found out later from a friend that she was advised not to get this treatment done by a doctor because it has the reverse effect on Japanese/Korean skin. And indeed thats what happened to me. My face got a bit darker despite being diligent with sunscreen/products and the texture has changed as well. It really peeves me off that the clinician knew of my background and still went ahead with the treatment. To have this outcome is so frustrating, especially after spending all that $$ and going through a week of bad side effects. So I would NOT recommend this place at all.
