I love this store. The clothes are beautiful, prices are good and the staff are wonderful! It's my favorite clothing store in Newport Beach.

You do feel kinda rushed if you're the type who can't make up your mind, but the girls who work here are proactive at getting you set up with the dressing room and trying on items. I recommend waiting for cute clearance/sale items as their normal stuff tend to be a bit pricy for what seems to be fast fashion trends. read more

I'm genuinely very upset with the service I received this evening. I've been to this location numerous times, and tonight was by far the most disappointing experience I've ever had. It was obvious the staff wanted to clock out and leave -- which I understand, as I own businesses myself -- but I spent over $500 and still felt completely rushed and unwelcome. Only one employee even attempted to assist me, and that "help" was basically her hurrying me out of the dressing room and repeatedly reminding me they were closing... even though I still had 10 minutes left before closing time. If you allow a customer in to shop, you should allow them to finish without being pushed out the door. The energy was unprofessional, disengaged, and honestly just plain rude. Clearly they're not on commission and are just young, but that shouldn't excuse the lack of effort or consideration. I'll continue shopping with the brand, but I'll definitely be choosing another location from now on. read more

I'm really sorry to leave this review. I paid $75 for a sweater and I discovered a hole in the arm. (If I had caught it on something, that'd be on me, but that's not the case.) I showed the bank statement to the two very lovely girls upfront, but their manager told them to not accept the exchange of the damaged sweater without receipt or tags--I guess on me, too. But who keeps tags and receipt when you decide to keep it and wear it out? Also, the only reason I even attempted this route is because I went in a couple days before to talk to them about it. One of the girls said that if I purchased it within 30 days and showed proof on my bankstatement, I would be able to exchange it. All in all, over priced and low quality. Will not be back to waste more money on shein quality clothing. read more

I love shopping here! There is always something so chic and beautiful here for my closet. Dabbled in their spa selections, ie candles, face and lip masks. Came by today just to see if there might be some cute gift ideas. I had the best time shopping and finding a few very cute birthday gifts for my girl friends. Thank you so much, Sabrina and Kylie (sp?), you girls are so helpful. They even went above and beyond for me by wrapping my gifts so perfectly. It made my shopping experience that much more special. I have bought many things from this place. The employees are always nice and helpful. Recently I bought a $70 dress. I wore is one time and the straps snapped (dress fit perfectly if anything a little big). I brought the dress back (with the original tag and receipt) as it has not even been a month since purchase and the employees did not even look at the dress. They said that now that it is damaged there is nothing they can do. Even though this place is a block from my house I will be shopping elsewhere. $70 is a lot to pay for an item that can't withstand a 2 hour wedding ceremony. read more

Customer service should be your number one priority. At this store, it definitely was not. I walked in here one evening. 3 girls chatting up a storm behind the register. I was the only customer. Not one of them greeted me when I entered. I walked around for about 10 mins.. was about to buy a cute white dress. But because not one employee acknowledged my existence, I didn't. It's pretty pathetic. It only takes a second to say hello, welcome and ask me if I need any assistance. The manager should re-train these employees. Never coming here again. read more

This is sad because we actually love the store and planned our day around it this morning. The customer service was so terrible today it was embarrassing. We were treated rudely and still ended up spending $500 which is hard to do because the clothes are well priced. The sales clerks-and I use the term loosely because clearly they didn't want to sell anything-were absolutely bothered that we were even in the store. We spend our money every time we go in there. We will be writing the manager, and although I would never want anyone to lose their job, if it was my store, I would fire both of the clerks. It was that bad. Terrible. Get Treated Like A Criminal. Shop here. Unfortunately, I have to give a star. The date was 5-13-18, roughly 6pm, Mothers Day. Myself, my sister and our daughters, decided to stop in and check this store out. Walked in store, only two women shopping, and two young ladies working the store. My daughter, a senior, was looking for something simple to wear under her graduation gown. I sat back and watched this shit show unravel before my eyes. My daughter and niece had found a few items they were interested in trying on. The majority of the merchandise, needed assistance of a second person to zip and tie. I.e. Me, the mother or my niece the cousin. In this case it was my niece that went in to help my daughter, just to be abruptly and rudely stopped by an employee and told, ONLY 1 person, in dressing room. As if it was a 7-Eleven after school hours. Meanwhile, as the mother, I am observing this action. I walk over to the dressing room and explain, I am the mother and I will help and assist my daughter in the dressing room. Again, they explain their policy to me about only one person being in the dressing room. While being an adult and a parent, I understand this policy, but not when your store is empty and it's clearly a mother and daughter shopping experience!!! AND in the very next dressing room over was 2 females in 1 dressing room that these two employees were assisting. CLEARLY a violation of store policy. Long story short. Unfortunately, my daughter found something at this establishment to purchase. While I was checking out, (PAYING FOR MY ITEMS) I explained to the young female worker how I did not appreciate their actions and the way we were treated, as if our girls were thieves. This store CLEARLY lacks proper customer service. They treat you as if your there to rob the store, and/or, it was to close, to their quitting time. Either way, horrible horrible experience. Especially on Mothers Day!!! You two female workers know who you are, hopefully you went home and treated your mothers with respect? By the way, I will never drop another dime on this establishment and I'm pretty sure my daughter and niece that is a local won't either. read more

We shopped about 20 -30 minutes and not once were we asked if we needed any assistance. I prefer this location over costa mesa; it is spacious and organized in a way that you can tackle every section without feeling overwhelmed and your head spinning. There is always something that catches your eye and fits, there's too much inventory not too! My rule with cheap places is to keep it cheap- I wont buy anything over $35 here and there are at least 100 things to choose from at any given time. Service can be aloof, and that's slightly annoying but whatever. Thank god they changed their return policy- it used to be all final sales, which I thought was insane. Now 30 days full refund, yay! Great place to spruce up your seasonal wardrobe! I also love that they have a large selection of voluspa all priced low! read more

What??? I'm the first person to review NRFB on the Peninsula? I've been here several times and each time I walk out with a cute necklace, a candle to add to my already massive collection, a cute sweater or something else that I sure don't need, but it sure is cute. I like this store way better than the 17th Street location for some reason. I find the sales help a lot nicer and the store is bigger so you are not bumping into people like in Costa Mesa. The low star reviews because of bad customer service is completely surprising to me after my experience in the Newport Beach store today. I had two items to return that were given to me as a gift and didn't work out, the staff did not interrogate them, they did inspect the clothing as you would assume a store would and exhanged my items for others in the store with no problem. During my shopping experience I had one particular item that I was looking for and one of the girls went out of her way to help me find it and she did. Great new item for my closet and a lovely girl. I love this store, I just wish it was a little closer to me! Bring one to Irvine!!! Anyway, I have never left here empty handed. The clothes here are totally my style and it's really easy to shop here as opposed to other stores because I don't have to search forever to find something I like. Think cute tops, flowy dresses, big cardigans and sweaters and tons of awesome jewelry. I was here last week and it looks like they changed their return policy. It mentioned something along the lines of being able to get cash back for a return? Anyhow, I'm not really one to return things anyway. I make sure I like it before I buy it. The girls here have never been pushy towards me or rude and have always helped me get a fitting room even when it's busy. And it can get busy here, the store is not very big. I have worked in retail before and I cannot believe how no one tries to greet or help you. They aren't pushy which is a good thing, but they aren't attentive either. First off, no one greeted me when I walked in. After walking around the store for a while, still no one acknowledged me...even just to ask if I needed help. I was walking around with a blouse in hand. You would think someone would have looked up to ask if I needed a fitting room. I was the only one shopping in the store. Then (2) Caucasian ladies walk in and get greeted! WTF?! I gladly put the shirt back and walked out the store. Still, no acknowledgement...or even a "have a great day." Seriously, No Rest For Bridget is over priced Forever 21 clothes and the gals who work there need a crash course in customer service. You suck! read more

I came down to this store from San Diego because my mom kept saying what cute stuff they have. I spent $334 in one day and then washed one shirt after the first time I bought it, followed instructions and it shrunk half its size to where it went from a normal shirt to a crop top. I went in before 30 days and explained the whole story to the asst. mgr and showed her my receipt. I showed her I spent $334 that day and she said "unfortunately you can't return or exchange that shirt, it's policy". I said I understand it's policy but if the shirt doesn't hold up to its washing instructions and I'm willing to exchange it and buy two shirts, you're making double the value and I'll leave a returning customer. She still held up to "it's policy" and now I have a policy, don't shop at no rest for Bridget. They don't appreciate their customers and now you can bet that I'll be dry cleaning everything else I bought there regardless of the instructions which basically means I spent double. I even called the store the day I shrunk it and let them know what happened. They said they would have the store manager call me and she never did. Unbelievable. read more

This store has beautiful clothing that is perfectly my style, and everything is pretty affordable. However, the customer service was terrible. The short-haired blonde at the check out was impolite and had no concern for the experience the customers were having in the store. I came in on a Sunday about 30 minutes before close, and they were already beginning to rush people out. I disliked their attitudes. If the sales associates weren't such children, I would have given this store a 5 star rating. I will only be returning because the clothes are my style and very affordable. Okay, out of the 3 locations I've been to this one is the best. It's a lot easier to find stuff, and you don't have to deal with the hell parking lots of the costa mesa or Hb locations. The girls here aren't snarky and help you immediately. Plus I love the decor for this one, it fits newport and is light and open, unlike the other stores which are horribly cramped. I am a very good customer at your oc and San Diego stores. I entered your Newport store at 6pm on Saturday, 11/24 and was greeted with no enthusiasm and reminding me that they close at 7pm. One of the associates was very friendly asking if I needed help and if I needed any different sizes etc. The other, which I believe was a manager of some sort was very rude, telling me I couldn't have my sister in the room with me even though my sister had already bought something and was helping me with my decision on what to buy. At this point she proceeded to tell me they were closing in 20 min and I felt very rushed to make a decision. When I brought the items to the register I asked if they were giving the 20 % off like they said they were online. The associate/Manager/one in charge said no, in a very rude and snarky way. I thought that they would be at least nice about it or honor whatever discount was online, but apparently I seemed to annoy her and felt very rushed because they were closing. Just for the record, I will NEVER shop at your Newport store again, and will tell all my friends not to as well. I hope you take this into consideration and let your associate know this is not how you treat good customers. read more

I went into the store 2 weeks ago because my girlfriends bday was coming up and i knew she LOVED No Rest For Bridget. I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked if i needed any help. I started talking with the girl and told her my gf's bday was coming up and i was thinking about getting her a gift card but i sort of wanted to get a little more meaningful present. She said she would love to help with that and then started asking me questions about her style and what kinds of clothes she wore. Long story short, we walked through the WHOLE store and picked out a couple outfits and an awesome smelling candle. fast forward 2 weeks - My girlfriend LOVED all of the clothes, but honestly i think she was more impressed that i picked all those outfits out on my own ;). This NRFB is much, much better then the one on 17th street. It is bigger, they have more merchandise in more sizes. I can never seem to find a size small in anything at the 17th street shop.
