Not only do they offer superior products and will even customize to create your own specific color, they are also wonderful when you call and have questions, especially for those who don't know a lot about spray tanning, you get people who answer the phone that are kind, that act like they truly want your business, they take the time to answer all of your questions and they do it in a friendly above and beyond professional manner! Especially as a male going to get a spray tan, I had a few questions about some private areas, lol! The owner of the shop and her associate were able to anticipate what I was trying to ask, and they made me feel so comfortable and set my fears aside. I tan very easily and naturally in the sun, but having a little bit of background in healthcare, and seeing a relative die of skin cancer at age 24, who was a professional water skier...it is not worth the risk of cancer and not to mention I spend money to try to keep my skin looking good and the sun will eventually catch up with you and ruin your skin. While using my last session,…read morean employee named Caleb offered to upgrade me to a Level 1 bed free of charge if I purchased 100 points for $275 to use in the future. I agreed. Now, a year later, the owner, Ann, is telling me I'm missing 10 points and claiming the upgrade was not free. She initially tried to blame it on a separate incident where my tanning bed shut off within the first 10 seconds, and I had to call the front desk to restart it. Apparently, that was documented as two sessions in one day, which makes no sense. It's really disappointing to hear that an employee's word means nothing, even after I explained the situation. I took note of every session I went, who checked me in and how many point I was suppose to have left . This is not how you run a business by backtracking on what was promised and refusing to stand by your staff's word.

We had paid the extra $40 or so to get a room on the second floor and to our surprise, the double queen room came with a nice natural spring tub and was very spacious. The pools are open late with the back part closing at midnight while the main pool and hot spas are always open. We were able to go to the pools late at night and early in the morning and it was nice to have the room right there. We saw a few people who just got the day spa passes asking about the rooms and expressing regret that they hadn't just booked rooms here. Everything was really nice including the staff and service when we ordered food and drinks near the poolside. The skyline is beautiful and to be there on July 4th, we could see the fireworks in various parts of the sky. There is plenty of parking but it is a little odd of a location as it is mainly in a residential neighborhood with a few options for food. But they maintain the property well and it was a beautiful stay at a reasonable rate. We would recommend staying here!

We had parked in the back of the parking and lot and walked into the lobby area. We decided to pay for their day pass to everything at the spa, minus the massages and facials. The day pass was roughly $75 which gave us access to their mineral pools, main pool, and reflexology pool. As part of our day pass, we also had been given a locker that had a robe and slippers inside. You get charged an extra fee if you do not return these items. It was a hot weekend in Indio, but being in the hot water made it feel extreme! I was also to try their small mineral pools, bigger pool, and their reflexology walk - the walk was my favorite! My rating stems from the lack of service while we were here. Yes, the waters are great, but the service was subpar. The girls and I were there for about five hours, but were not asked about drinks or snacks once. There was a lady walking around giving beverages and taking orders from other guests, except us. It was saddening that they didn't come up to us, so we did leave earlier than expected. This was a unique experience, and it's quite decent if it's your first time. I don't think I'd come back for a second time.
