They quoted me 2.5 to 4.5 hours at $165 per hour but ended up charging the full 4.5 hours, totaling $748. This seemed excessive considering the home's condition--appliances and cabinets had already been cleaned (other than fridge), which I communicated ahead of time. They ensured me they would only clean dirty areas. When I contacted them for a breakdown of the charges and what they cleaned they were unable to explain how the final total was calculated. The lack of transparency in their billing process left me feeling taken advantage of. I wouldn't use their services again and encourage others to be cautious. In my experience, the pricing felt more focused on hitting the maximum quoted time than on aligning charges with the actual work completed.
