They didn't talk and did not take a break, it was serious business the whole time. She makes a seemingly comfortable work environment and just when you feel safe enough to be vulnerable and be the type of employee she's "training you to be" she snatches your employment from you. I generally enjoyed working there ar first I showed up and did my job and brushed off the extra gossip being told to me, I met clients and enjoyed my time getting to know people and genuinely help them have a space they feel proud of. But once my race was question because I wasn't "brown enough" to be Mexican for her Latina roommate , and I didn't speak enough Spanish. And amongst other ways she's made an unprofessional impression on me and my sister. I still want to continue my cleaning journey but obviously this is not a company I want to work for or hire knowing they're judging me or my clients every step of the way even while in your home. 0/10 for me.

We're retirees and packing boxes in preparation for the movers was the most exhausting experience, but Marina was pleasantly accommodating. She promptly arrived at 9:00 AM, as we had arranged, and after taking a cursory look inside the apartment she offered her price, which was more than fair, and less than she had originally quoted on line. We ran to the bank to get some cash and other business and by the time we returned Marina & her assistant were done. We conducted an inspection and found the old apartment as good, if not better, than when we originally moved in (5-years ago). Absolutely everything was sparkling clean, to include windows, kitchen appliances, bathrooms and the rest of the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit. We were amazed at how fast she worked and gladly handed her the payment asked for, to include a small tip for her excellent work. By anyone's standards, Marina's Cleaning Service is highly recommended. We even inquired of her if she would be interested in providing once a month cleaning service at our new apartment and although she's based in Tacoma, WA, she said she would accept the job.
