He listened to my needs, wasn't pushy and never bashed their competitors. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and affable he let me come to my own decision. Obviously Jordan doesn't operate in a vacuum and the folks above and below him were consummate professionals. Spoke to the owner Pat, very nice and knowledgeable guy. He took his time to talk to me on the call explaining what can be done and needs to be done right. Dropped off alternator same day (tested and quoted on the parts reasonable price) and got it back the next 1-2 days in a nice quality rebuilt condition. (cleaned, painted, new parts and tested.) Highly recommend this place if needed to rebuild a alternator with quality parts and SAVE you money.
