Don't trust them. It was raining yesterday, and I needed to stop to purchase windshield wipers really quick. I've done this at gas stations for years. Usually I purchase them, the guy puts them on... and I tip him. These people charged me $40 for wipers! Cheap ones that leave a streak. Then they told me $40 and the receipt only says "labor"? Really? $40 for cheap windshield wipers and to put them on? How can I even return them when the receipt only says "labor"?? read more

I went to get an oil change today, I was going to stop at JiffyLube, but in May, I had gone to Sunoco because JiffyLube was at lunch, and they closed when it's lunchtime. In May, it was either $20 or $30. My car is a 2008 Buick with mileage under 100,000. I don't use full synthetic oil, and they didn't give me that last time. So today I go to pay and they charged me $80 for an oil and filter change, as soon as he told me how much I gasped and said I thought it was $30 and he said no your thinking of an inspection sticker that's $35, so I looked at their price board which reflects an oil change and filter was $50 and a full synthetic oil change was $80!!!! I have never used full synthetic on my car because once you do, it's best to keep getting full synthetic. The gentleman then tells me that they only do full synthetic oil changes now, and he forgot to change the board with all the pricing (which I find hard to believe). I also needed a receipt for my insurance to show how many miles I drove in the past year, but the receipt only says Labor!!! So I had to take a picture of the actual sticker, and who knows if that's good enough. It doesn't reflect what my current mileage is so hopefully it will be good enough for them. I will never come back to this establishment again. I'm a single mom with a 12 year old son in private school. They're a rip-off and I hope that many people see this review before something like this happens to them. read more

They seem really friendly. But, don't trust them too much. my car got a new alternator and the belt. But it keep making a sound now. and they adjusted it, but still makes a sound. I think they used a shitty belt.. but they cost me like $30. And did not tell me whether the alternator was a new one or rebuilt one. Also, I had to replace new spark plugs and wire. They charged me extra $35 for diagnostics. I think it was a simple BOD check with their scanner. and they charged me a full hour labor fee. And, they charged me $90 for new spark plug wire. So, I had to pay $220 for plugs and the wire. But, i called bunch of places,, they told me like i need $150. Wow.... All i can say is, don't trust them, and go somewhere else. I've been going here for many MANY years. I send all of my friends there for service on their cars. Elias knows his stuff when it comes to fixing cars. He is less expensive than the area mechanics; his labor charges are cheaper and anyone around; if he has to fix something, he'll fix it and he always checks to see if something else will need immediate attention. I have had my gas filled up at this facility many times. The reason for the mid-level review is half the time I go to get gas from 7:30pm and on and they are closed or open you never really know until you get there. The customer service is as friendly as any other full-service gas station they have a very limited store inside but the main thing is you just don't know if they're going to be open. read more
